Reasons why you are reporting: I am reporting Cunt for building in two separate PD raids. 

 

In the first PD raid that Cunt built in, I firstly believed he did it without noticing that there was a PD raid. However, upon further investigation, I have come to the conclusion that he was not doing it on accident or without knowledge. BarneyLoVe had called a PD raid and then saw a sit come in from a player named "Cam Views" that said "mayor is building during a pd raid is that allowed?" I spectated the mayor, Cuntbucket, to see that he WAS building during the PD raid. I confronted him about it and he would not respond until the PD raid was over. He didn't respond until I threatened with taking it out of ingame, and told me "I see the adverts and see deaths, I assume the raid is over." This is the absolute last thing he would ever respond to me with for the rest of the time I tried to bring it up to him. I did see him talking in chat while ignoring my confrontations, even including admin chat itself. I continued to spectate him and he continued to build.

What he had responded to me with implied that he thought the raid would have ended when he was placing down props during the raid. However, as you will come to see in the screenshots posted under "Evidence," he placed props 2 seconds and 10 seconds after the initial call. (I told him this and he ignored me; this being after the first confrontation.) The screenshots also show him continuing to place down props, with him pasting fences onto the door. This would obviously give Cunt a HUGE advantage in the PD raid, as before the raid Barney was able to break in easier to succeed in the raid, but now he would have a harder time as Cunt was making his fading door during the raid. The confrontations, however, had happened after the PD raid, so I was willing to give him another chance and spectate him, since I expected more PD raids.

And what do you know? Another PD raid, another building during it.

 

Wavy calls a PD raid a while after the first one. I spectate Cunt again to make sure he is not building. Once I start spectating him I see him start placing down walls and ramps, materializing inside his office, and more. He builds some sort of small wall shielding him from attacks through the door, AFTER the PD raid call. This literally makes him almost impossible to be killed; it's legal but AFTER THE PD RAID CALL. I have screenshots of this too.

 

I don't have anything against Cuntbucket. He's a cool guy and been my friend throughout my staffing experience. However, he was ignoring me and not willing to deal with this in game past a single sentence. Something needs to be done about it because it's completely unfair to the raiders, and staff do not get special treatment. I confronted him, he didn't deny it, made an excuse, and then did it again.

The evidence was too hard to sort out in the short time I am home for tonight, but I was able to find what I needed for the report in the screenshots so I'm sure you can too.

This contains all the evidence you need for my case.

The following is in the screenshots.

1. The logs of when the PD raids started

2. The logs of when Cuntbucket was building (has the 10 seconds and 2 seconds after the first PD raid)

3. Screenshots of Cuntbucket building during the raids and showing the changes he made. Contains the wall mentioned in the second part of the report.

4. Possibly showing Cunt and I's talk in admin chat where he responded to me very briefly and then did the same thing again.

Now sammah don't get me wrong, you spectated another staff member, so I'm not exactly happy with you either, but this is cuntbuckets second chance as staff. The evidence is fairly damning

It's very obvious what he was doing. +1 for demote unless he has a very good explanation.

You can spectate staff members. The guideline is to not *constantly* spectate staff members such as "looking for abuse" like Ghost was for a while.

Unless there is a good explanation from Cuntbucket, the player will be demoted. He didn't seem to listen the first time, and continued to break the rules

Ok! So. I understand, yes. this is against rules. But I know those of you that have been mayor, especially those that play as mayor for a long time, know how frequent raids are. And there are lots of times when multiple people are raiding, but when you see one of them die, you assume its over. None of them everadvert when the PD raid is over, and the time I realized I WAS building during a PD raid, I was still building like before, so I was finishing up so there wasnt props just lying around. I understand if I get demoted, Ive made mistakes before. I will accept any punishments due.

Kinda -1 on demote if I have say so, seeing as this was a rule in game broken that did not involve using any staff tools.. Which is why staff should be able to hold other staff to same standard as players and punish them in game if necessary.

It was really odd that you didn't respond, I guess I understand because I can see myself doing a similar thing, but you need to pay more attention because it ends up landing you in situations like this. However, finishing up so there aren't props lying around is still a really big no-no. It's not okay to finish up if you already spawned props because if you were building some big shield to wall yourself and it wasn't off, you are giving yourself a major advantage when you build in the raid. It's the same if there were no props spawned before, you're still building up to the same thing.

k. so I understand that building is NOT allowed, I bring up the fact mentioned by Scoredd, how this would be a warn for common players. And at the time, what I was building was nothing involving keypads,fading doors, not even no collide. Just two concrete barriers, one above the other. Nothing like a hole I can hide in or some big shield wall. in the end I hid in a corner, and let the two cops in the mayors office use them, since the inventory had been wiped and I had next to nothing to defend myself with. The barriers had not been for my use or protection. Just for the cops. Not that this is excuseable, but I feel I should just be warned like a typical player would.
