This russel kid kills me for no reason so i come back and kill him. Ok warned for revenge rdm. Then i mug him and then russell pulls out an ak and shoots me. as i shoot back im brought to a sit same admin for the same reason but falsely accused. bla bla bla shit happens im returned. I see russell who shot me so i kill him. Then i am brough to a sit saying "i rdmed" "i spectated u" "i dont need to check logs i saw u" but the thing is u didnt see him shoot me so foh. this is why imo the server of tits rp is dying.

That’s a pretty bold statement to make figuring you revenge RDM’d twice and got caught. It would seem like the “problem with this server” is you not the staff. -1 for whatever it is you’re reporting here.

You say the other guy damaged you, and you got pulled to a sit. Then when the sit was over, and you were TPd back, you killed the one who shot you? I think that's what I got out of this entire situation. Logic tells you that if you are called into a sit, you forget whatever was going on, and go mess with someone else. Sounds to me you just don't like this other guy, and you got caught breaking some rules.

I started reading this, as soon as I read "I Revenge RDM'ed twice" *Translation*.

Ok I am the one who banned and warned him , To explain the situation from my perspective my boi Russell(He has an amazing voice) Report this guy for rdm i bring the guy  and My boi to a sit and we hash things out the Russell handcock with 2 spaces gets a warn(Not my boi) and i return him. I TOLD MY BOI "Ill keep an eye on him" bc he got reported before. I spectate this guy and he kills Russel(My boi) for no reason nothing at all and claims he shot at him, i checked the logs 0 dmg to him by my boi. I didnt take any chances and returned  him to a sit area and jailed him. He lied to me saying he killed RUssel in self defense the first time and now the 2nd time (this report) he Intentionaly Rdmes someone and that was the same person, he didnt attempt to mass rdm bc he just shot my boi. I stated while i was banning him and i quote "Report me on the forums because i spectated you, i Legit spectated you" because i knew he was lying. He stated before he was banned " CHECK THE LOGS" "HE SHOT ME BEFORE UR BROUGHT US TO THE FIRST SIT" "HE SHOT ME". It is revenge rdm bc i delt with him in a sit and all RP reasons before the sit are gone unless approved by staff to continue where you left off. 

Next time before you post your little report Make sure your first screenshot corrosponds to the same sit bc the first screenshot you put up is a totally different sit.

To clear tings up I didn't revenge rdm twice. From what I saw in the rules (if im wrong please tell me where it is) there is nothing about when brought to a sit and r returned you must forget everything. I was in the middle of mugging him around like 10 mins after killing him the first time. Please put the whole recording next time not just the part where i kill him and that's it. Make sure you record him rdming me and other people before admins like mcstubbin get on. I will try to abide by the rules from now on out. I apologize for wasting your times.

I think the mistake was that you returned to him and mugged him after the sit. Sits don't void RP or new life rule because they are out of character non-rp situations. Perhaps it might be more appropriate to change this to a ban appeal.

 

After reviewing the additional evidence and I am +1 for a unban based on the fact he shot you first but in reguards to any disciplinary action for the false ban and refusal to check logs I would have to pass this decision on to someone else. How long were you banned?

 

(I would also like to note that from my experience when spectating someone you can not always see the bullets flying or hear the hitbox sounds so it's extremely important to check damage logs and no go by what you see)

Little Side note: I did not warn you for the DMG dealt by Russel bc you stated it was a mug and it was in self defence, after you said that you said you revenged rdm (In this post). The first warn i applied to you was for RDMX2 , The ban was issued because you lied to me saying "He shot me with a ak, check the logs, he shot me, I can kill him", The Thing is Its been 5m since that encounter so i took it as intentional rdm and lying in sit. Intentional RDM because you have killed russell 3 times in total and my logs showes it. If you Deny you saying that you wernt bigg smoke (hitman), I have video of me checking to make sure it was you.
