william Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 INGAME: WINDCHIME STEAM ID : http://steamcommunity.com/id/fatniggafuck/ WHO IM REPORTING : PICKLAS WHY : ADMIN ABUSE, UNFAIR BANNING Okay so I just built my new base, took me 2 hours to build and hadn't saved it because I just finished. I took down my building sign and everything so it was all fair game. My friend, saw picklas with processors in pickup boxes, so he killed to counter raid and take the processors for himself. Then some guy, I think his name is Matu or something kills both of my friends transporting the processors. My friends, telling me to go get the processors back, encourage me to go and kill the people who stole them. When I see the people who killed my friends, they were carrying the processors. So I kill both of them before reading any names because I was too far to see any names. Then after I kill them and run away with the pickup boxes, picklas being salty, teleports to and freezes me and my friends. Asking why I rdm'd him for watching. I told him that he was in cross hair and how him and the people surrounded by him were the people who killed my friends. And then he says "okay so we're going to lie now" and then bans me 4 hours for rdm and lying in sit. This was definitely admin abuse and was not a fair sit. You shouldn't be able to ban a player for a situation you were involved in, there should be a third party moderator involved that can evaluate the situation. It's not like I'm new to the server, I know the rules with 200 server hours. And I would also like to add that this was a personal ban, not because I broke any rules, he doesn't like me, so simply he made up a bs reason to ban me. Look in the forums and see other people complain about him. This guy is an ass moderator and shouldn't even be on this server, he should be the one getting banned. In the end I lost the best base I ever built, 2 pickup boxes full of processors, and I got banned for 4 hours. Edit : I didnt have any envolvment with the admin named Munkir, but my friends said he was freezing them and doing the same thing to them, but didnt ban them. I could have banned you for longer but it was a stressful situation for you when you killed me so i decided on a shorter ban. Lying is never something you do in a sit. Munkir Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 Okay so the number one thing here is that your friends arnt allowed to send you a pm AFTER they die about something that happened before they died, Which literally happened. So right after that happened everything after should have been stopped right then and there. Which is why he froze you and your friends because you broke rules to get that information. I dont know anything about the lying but i saw Piklas was handling a lot of people so i went to help. It led to your friends continuously breaking nlr to try and come back and get the pickup boxes. 1-800-Suicide Posted November 13, 2017 Share Posted November 13, 2017 So as you can see inside the video i go down and see the dude eat a pickup box, I walk behind him to see whats going on and when he gets killed I back off and look straight at him to show im not doing anything and do not pull a weapon, Windchime then kills me without me having done anything, this being either violent theft if he assumed i was going to take the box or RDM if he knew i wasn't doing anything. Saying this is crossfire is an obvoius lie and he dissmissivly said it was crossfire in the sit too which made me come to the conclusion that it was intentional RDM and lying in the sit. I froze someone else that aparently was his friend taking boxes too because i thought he was trying to get a quick buck off me doing a sit with windchime which would be unfair. So in reaction I killed them. My friends also didn't break anymore nlr than picklas did. Picklas said he was "watching:" while assisting the guy Matu, transport the pickup boxes. My friend wouldn't have had to get involved until picklas froze me and made me drop all the pickup boxes, I was carrying both myself, with no help. He was just very hypocritical and bias, he barely even gave me a chance to talk, he banned me and the sit didn't even last 2 minutes. It's true the term cross hair was used incorrectly and I shouldn't have used it during the sit. But you shouldn't ban me for rdm, and lying, while conducting your own sit. There definitely should have been a different admin fairly listening to both sides during the sit. And I'm not mad about being banned, I'm mad because you expect me not to believe you weren't helping, while following close behind a guy carrying processors down a tunnel. I'm confused If he's going to call that "watching", thats the stupidest thing ever, last time I checked in darkrp you're supposed to forget about your last life and move on.
