I originally did RDM an individual with the charge, and was subsequently warned by "uwu". Later, I continued to use the charges without intent to harm but I never did go on a mass killing spree or group killing. I put down the charges without intent to blow them, even telling people on the street to "move because I was conducting a demolition" as a demolitionist at a construction site would. In multiple cases, these people shot at the charges, or stepped in the laser on their own accord prior to me safely detonating them , resulting in their unintentional deaths. In the specific case I was banned for, I joined the revolution using the "!joinrevolt" command and attacked the PD. I was shot down by who I thought was a fellow revolt member for seemingly no reason (I only now just learned that Revolt=red Gov=Orange). I didn't attack him because he was orange, something I thought made him a teammate of mine. After he killed me, I thought this was a teamkill / RDM. I did not think an act of RDM removed you from the revolt, so I continued to revolt. I'm unaware whether I killed someone after being killed in the revolt, but I believe this was what I was banned for. Evidence: I attached the evidence file. Thanks. Azria Posted November 9, 2017 Share Posted November 9, 2017 Well Without the evidence, You did return to killing after being killed during the revolt, your knowledge of it should be known before you joined a revolt to begin with as there is a statement at the top of your screen telling you that you've been taken out of the revolt. In either case. depending on how many people you killed you were probably punished for that as the aforementioned statement of the game telling you that you've been taken out of the revolt. The Banning Moderator Should also state his side of the story before anything needs to be done, however I think this appeal would be denied as the situations stands. Ignorance is not an excuse. I have it here in an imgur link: https://imgur.com/a/7fm5g Please review the evidence, and understand that, while ignorance was displayed in transgressing the revolt rules, I did not ignore them, I only experienced a misunderstanding and a false assumption. I was irresponsible in acting before I knew the rules fully, but I believe a mistake like this should not be grounds for "mass rdm" or a week-long ban, especially when, to my knowledge, Im not sure I killed any more than a single person in the revolt(if that is even the case). In any case, I would like to hear the banning authority's (uwu) side of the story, especially because I got almost no chance to explain the situation in detail to him. You arent supposed to go around placing those explosives without any intent really :/ I mean if you were raiding and wanted to like do some meme shit then put explosives in their base while you raid so no one can get to you or some shit. Rubik Posted November 11, 2017 Share Posted November 11, 2017 Basically the revolt is citizens against the government. Unless your mayor or CP orange is your team. You should never kill your team during a revolt. If you die for any reason during a revolt your duty in the revolt is over and you can not return to join the fight, etc. Clearly you don't know how the revolt works which is why it's important to pay attention to chat as notifications appear often. Also read over the !motd again, I will reach out to the banning staff to see about getting a response. Why would you even throw explosives at public places, It'll obviously end up with someone shooting at them or walking in the lasers, You knew that and you were even warned to stop, but you continued to do it.
