His ban is about to expire. If you thought that was a good enough reason you could have accepted the appeal already instead of making such an... odd... reply. Yes he actually would need evidence because his statement simply reads: "i apologized for killing the guy on accident" which, without any sort of evidence or even statements from anyone else involved, we can not know is even a true fact, nor do we know if the victim accepted the apology, which I doubt because the case would normally be dropped if that was true. Also, why would someone leave during a sit if they were previously cooperative? It doesn't make any sense. I would be -1 regardless the OP should be thankful they only got 1/4 of the ban. Now if they apologized on the actual thread here, it might have been a little bit different.
