Why were you banned?: Banned for deleting my base as a Bank Manager and walking around with bank vault and putting it in the air as I was about to leave the server. I did this to let people have a chance to ask me to withdraw. I stayed ~ 15 min as good will and once the mods saw this they raided the bank. (At this point the bank vault was on top of a building. They used swords to jump there. None of them were bank robbers might I add.) Once they started robbing it I instantly moved it and made it floating. I changed jobs as I was about to leave. I was then teleported and banned for FAIL RP/ MOVING VAULT DURING RAID.

Why should you be unbanned?: First off no one on the server was RPing properly so fail RP is out of the question. Everyone was raiding BANK due to 20 Mill in the vault. There were no cops so the custom classes with their big guns just shot down everyone and it was nasty. So I did the sensible thing and decided to go to bed... when this happened... You decide, if you should unban me.

Evidence: The man that robbed the bank is called "TACT" and I do not think he should be let to raid and rob the bank with his custom class full of machine guns and explosives.

using physgun to take the bank to an unaccessible area IS failrp. you also did it since you saw it being raided. that is why you were banned, not because i want money.

Just after the video ended he did swap classes but there was no reason to move it in the first place in that case

 

EDIT 2: it would be a different story if you just swapped job since thats fine but pulling the entity away to avoid heists is a big no no and the reason it wasn't just a warn (clarification)

2. Like I said before I was planing to leave and was letting people get their money. (What was left of it. After 5 consecutive NRL raids that you did nothing to stop.) Edit1: The raids also happened to be citizens that changed their jobs in my bank after I let them in to deposit.

 

3. There was no base to raid so how can your raid be valid?

 

4. The jobs you guys used should not be raiding the bank vault. (Personal Opinion)

 

5. I did not know that I should just leave and forget about people's money and change my job. Okay I will keep that in mind next time.

answer to 1: I do not think tact broke the raid cd (however i was apart of a raid on you about 1 hour before with him) but if he did i did not get notified and you did not mention it in the sit. Sorry!

 

answer to 2: Getting raided can be annoying, that does not mean you can break rules. Just have people come to yourbank 1 by 1 to collect.

 

answer to 3: if that were true every banker would just place their bank in the streets. (you can heist it even in the streets)

 

answer to 4: All of us were ccs under theif ruleset so it's fine. You can make it a suggestion tho to only have bank heisters be able to heist!

 

answer to 5: You can do that if you want or not, depends on your opinon. But again that does not mean you can break rules!

Counter 1: I just had some time tonight to sit through all the rules I have been on the server for 22 hours sorry I didn't read all the rules, so I can defend my self during your sit.

 

Counter 2: It was 2 AM where I am and staying for more then 10 minutes was not an option so going midtown with the safe was the fastest way I could think of to help people get their money back. You did get me annoyed enough to read through the rules and apply as a mod.

 

Counter 3: Your correct but at that point I was not actively RPing anymore. As I said I was leaving... Meaning I count towards "people just wanna chill" or I at least think I would be counted towards that cattegory after I obviously wasn't basing. Also instead of raiding it as you did in your own video you should have given me a warning as per the rules... "Basing Rules - Your goods must be accessible in some way or form. You cannot just prop block them, You cannot have a skybase, You cannot have a base that requires special tools / prop climbs, onto the roof of a building" Instead you helped him raid me using sword to get up there...

 

Counter 4: Sorry I heard from a Mod/Admin/Someone that claimed to have power that only bank leaders are allowed and can rob the bank vault. (My ignorance at fault.)

 

Counter 5: I see, then should we be addressing the "Counter 3:" mentioned above. How you shouldnt be helping heists when your on admin duty and you obviously found something that should be punished or warned.

I told you this in the sit aswell, if you had it unaccessible from the start then it would probably just be a warn for it but you did it only to stop a heist.

 

P.S. your point that you were not planning to rp anymore doesn't take away the fact that if you have a raidable entity it can be raided and thus an rp situation appears. RP doesn't stop at your leisure!

The argument actually works against him, he had a raidable entity in an inaccessible/illegal base.

 

Just to be clear: The issue is not that you moved it during a raid. If you proceeded to run away with it that would've been one thing, because they can kill you and have full access to the entity. The issue is that you thought it was a good idea to freeze it in the damned sky, which is totally and 100% making a raidable entity inaccessible and considered failRP.

 

If you think somebody is breaking raid cool down, call for staff.

This is 100% true. I did not consider that when we started the raid tho. Meaning that the bank was inaccessible in either case, just making it more inaccessible after moving it
