Right so I got called to a sit because I killed this hobo while he was mic spamming. I told him I would upload the video. Now you see, this is sort of a grey area and I told him this, he would just not listen to me and let me explain just warn me, and I'm a bit salty about it. I walk out of spawn, then this hobo starts following me. (this hobo followed me around before) Now what really makes me think is that he stops when I warn him, then continues to follow me so I warn him the second time, then the third and I kill him. Also it's like the rdm wasn't intentional, like even if it was rdm I've done it purely by accident and no one lost anything. It just feels like Flyburn was being bias as he probably dislikes me because I raid him so much and decided to warn me.

I don't really thin the warn was necessary as the "rdm" didn't really affect him, he was a mic spamming hobo, walking around tits rp just micspamming. And not to mention he was micspamming for a good 30 minutes while walking around  fountain and the pd area and he did get killed before, obviously this would annoy you if you hear a hobo micspamming so I lost my patience and decided to warn him and kill him, but as soon as I do it with warnings in advert, I get into a sit while people who don't even advert and just straight up shoot the hobo. Nope they don't get into shit. I honestly feel like this is targeting + this was extremely coincidental, like im just repeating myself but as soon as I warn him for the first time, he stops following me so im like okay , he stopped but then he continued to follow me. 

The video above is the hobo micspamming. He could have handled the sit much better in my opinion. Especially be more kind and ask the hobo if I should recieve a punishment(I've seen a couple of mods do that if the rdm wasnt intentional) because the rdm was really not intentional.

I just want the warn removed because I never rdm intentionally and this can be proven by a lot of moderators.

hobos are kos for micspam after a single warning that doesn't even have to be adverted because it has its own rule for it in the hobo rules. Pretty much if a hobo is micspamming and gets killed or arrested for it, it's usually not an issue.

Your Warn Speed was valid but when you shot him he was right next to the npc's facing away and not doing anything like circling you or standing next to you. 

So In a way you warned him for walking behind you while exiting him spawn, he stopped and said in yell that he was exiting spawn, Which is perfectly acceptable. 

Hobos Are KOS for micspam after a warning but with the view of how you did it, it seemed as if your intent was of you wanting to kill him over him doing things to have you kill him. 

Music Playing while he's walking past is also not an issue as he had this music playing for much longer than the warns you gave him so telling him to stop while you made no effort to move away from him as you stood still and let him walk past.

 Its just that what happens after the first warning, He stops following me, then he follows again, then i stand still , walks past me. Even when he was by the npc you could hear music meaning I could still kill him. Anyways, so lets say the 3rd warning wasn't valid. There was still 2 warnings, hobos are kos after one warning so I dont see how this is rdm.
