Danklord25.3 Posted September 15, 2017 Share Posted September 15, 2017 Your Steam Name: TheFakeKennyS Your ingame name: Danklord Rosato Your Steam Profile/SteamID: http://steamcommunity.com/id/KennySm8/ Why were you banned?: lying to staff/not complying/abusing alien Why should you be unbanned?: Okay well the issue here is I was a little prop in PD as alien, some guy threw me in the mayors office where his props were, I accidently right clicked on one of the fences in there and set my prop to a fence, I then kept getting stuck in front of the keypad there, the trial mod "Maxim1581" sees it and forces me out of prop and tries to teleport me to him but I didn't realize he was and was spamming left click still to try to get unstuck, I also tried !unstuck multiple times but the way maxim saw it was that I was turning back in to a prop when he was forcing me out. I get shot by a cop after furiously spamming left click for about a minute then he freezes me at spawn and just says "what were you doing"? I just respond spamming left click to try to get unstuck from inside that prop. He just kept saying that he forced me out and I said "well you must not of done it right because I wasn't forced out" which he took as an insult/ me lying. Big misunderstanding, added him on steam, when I try to talk to him he just ignores me. I was mid explanation when he banned me as well. I wish I could get some pictures to better paint the picture but as I said I was frozen and banned almost immediately. It's only 24 hours but it's really annoying I have to wait 24 hours because of a single misunderstanding. I haven't had a single warn in days or maybe even weeks as well. I mean, you can exploit with it very easily and he probably thought that was what you were trying to do. I'm not sure what to say on this. I'm more confused than anything right now. Now to address the noncompliance and "lying" to staff, if you attempting to explain the situation I don't see any way you were being noncompliant, especially when the definition of noncompliance is; fallure to obey a direct order. As far as "lying to staff" I also believe this to be bullshit as the possibility of you being stuck even after being moved is high especially as a class that can change shape and size. I can't make a complete decision without evidence, but from your story and having seen you in game im going to say this ban is most likely false. +1 for unban, unless the banning staff adds incriminating and clear evidence.
