You do have many vacbans on record, and to reply to a previous comment from you, just because you're VIP it doesnt mean anything. Literally a new player could hop on and donate $5 right away and get it...

 

As for cheating, there should have been some kind of solid evidence that was given before a ban was made.

Just Note the hacking acually stopped after before i was banned everyone was saying to ban the hacker then nothing happened then i saw in chat Name Changed His Name to Huddy Exact same as my steam name not my in game name So i guess u assume i was the hacker if u would have tped to me or done anything to prove it was me the one hacking i would like to see because this whole time i was basing soo idk how i was script hacking but u do u bud i guess since i was in my base im hacking u know and i hope if i ever do get staff i dont ban someone when i dont fully know if it was him like how do u fully know i was the one hacking u should have Atleast tped to me or anything like rly just ban out of no where u rly have no proof it was me hacking

I think if this is going to become a more frequent occurence that the Staff Members need to start collecting evidence before they ban.

 

The whole premise of Staffing is that we can prove of wrongdoings, be it through logs, screenshots, videos, ANYTHING you can find that incriminates the suspect so that even if they do appeal, you can show everyone exactly why they were punished.

 

In certain cases, if multiple staff do their own investigations into it and all come to the conclusion that the suspect is guilty then sure, I would agree that if half the Active Staff all think they are cheating, sure, ban them. But I think it would be appropriate for ALL of the Staff involved in such a ban to follow up on the case and make statements for the appeal.

 

But if we can start getting concrete evidence then that just seals the deal, so please just do it from now on.

 

Surely you can see why saying things like "Staff word is good enough" is making us look bad right now, and if not, then you may have an actual problem with power hunger.

 

Seriously, no more of this.
