You have shown you can not handle your rank, and have caused much trouble over the forums. Being drunk is not an excuse to be ignorant on the Forums. What you post matters. He seemed cool when I talked to him and had a decent number of sits as a t-mod. I reached out and then I was told to promote him. I was wrong and will never happen again.
