Like my understanding was that this was totally legal as long as the scammer left the base after and diddidnt take anything or shoot anyone the banning staff considered it a "raid" for doing so... smh I sold the dude my processor, then shot it so I could keep it So...you shot his processor and, thus, raided his base. gg Personally, unless you had previous warnings this would've been a warn coming from me. Considering it was multiple processors, though, I'm not going to fault him for banning. Sometimes you have to consider the value lost rather than the straight crime comitted (5 processors lost, people pay upwards of 150k each for them vs all he did was raid the base). A day sounds fair. Did you offer to refund him somehow? we don't ban people because we're salty we lost money though. Last I checked, that's abuse, or at the very least a false ban. Danklord25.3 Posted September 7, 2017 Author Share Posted September 7, 2017 I also didn't really get the chance to talk to the guy, I tried to argue the fact about being banned and he just said "alright I don't want to talk to you anymore" and just stood still and wouldn't say anything anymore until I was banned. 1-800-Suicide Posted September 7, 2017 Share Posted September 7, 2017 Honestly I find it hard to believe that you manage to blow up every single processor while scamming unless you waited to place your processor near the other ones which I would say is loopholing to blow up more. So if that is the case CeeJay would ban you from the value that was lost or warn if you actually didn't know, offered paying back etc. Other than that most things have been said and if it was a raid the ban should stay imo. Danklord25.3 Posted September 7, 2017 Author Share Posted September 7, 2017 I'm saying it's a raid because that's what ceejay wants to call it, they had me come in their base and paid me to spawn the processor next to their line of 4-5 that they had, I truly did have no idea that when you shot a processor it blew up the others. As well I already stated a 24 hour ban is fine with me because as I said I was in the wrong but what I am arguing is the extension. Like I said if I wasn't instantly frozen by him I would of been able to take a picture. It was in the cinema they had a wall of processors and mine was inches apart from them. Also as I already said I literally didn't have a chance to communicate with ceejay to maybe come up with a way to comp them because he refused to speak with me and went straight to the ban. Danklord25.3 Posted September 7, 2017 Author Share Posted September 7, 2017 I didn't shoot their entities, I shot my own processor which ended up blowing theirs up (as I already stated I didn't know that happened but I guess that's only my fault). It was 1 bullet, not like I sprayed them all down for no reason. I also didn't just "walk in to their base and start shooting entities" they let me in and I placed and shot ONLY my own.
