Sly Posted August 29, 2017 Author Share Posted August 29, 2017 i gave you all the info bc i am completely innocent, if i truly did it then i wouldn't be here trying to get unban, and even if i did it and i was trying to lie and say i didn't why tf would i give you all the info like "that i was in a party called bomb squad!" and are we going to not look at the fact that the guy said that it was him and admitted to it Seeing as there is no evidence to discuss, I will use cop logic here. Regardless if the suspect placed the bomb, or activated it, or both, a clear intention to use a bomb for whatever reason exists. Discharge of an Explosive Device, intentional or not, even if it doesn't hurt anyone is a Felony IRL. In-game, you WILL also be arrested simply for carrying anything explosive, and you will likely be killed if you place/throw them. In this case, Mass RDM (3+ false kills) intentional or not can default to a week ban. The only decent lead we have to verify your story is the bit about the Keypad Crackers looking like C4 and Makeshift Bombs (and not the other way around). But, can you not simply pay more attention and read what you're looking at? Perhaps if this is what really happened, you should make a suggestion in the suggestions thread that Keypad Crackers be given a different texture. -1 FOR UNBAN wtf, i came here bc i thought you come here when you are ban for something you didn't do, and yet i still get blamed, i don't understand i just want to play and have fun on a server, if i have 100 hours on this server then i most definitely like this server, why tf would i get myself ban if i like the server and was trying to show my friend the server, i just joined this servers forms yesterday and have already spent at least 10 hours on it ..... so i don't understand how there is a problem! The player in our sit thought that since you were in the group Bombsquad you guys must have been doing some shady shit. I did not think that. It's the oldest fallacy in the book: I know I look guilty but I'm not because I told you what's making me look guilty!Number of hours does not translate to inability to break rules. Staff members go rogue, most of the Respected crew break rules every time they join, etc.Making a ban appeal doesn't mean you will get unbanned, it means you are appealing your ban. We take another look at your ban and judge if it was either false or you otherwise deserve a reduced sentence or unban. No job spawns with a timebomb, you can craft it or get it from a procesor.And it's y o u r fault because you pressed E on it. Literally if you see a bomb and some guy is holding it with a grav gun doesn't it give away that he is going to run into a popular place and kill everyone? However you have almost 100 hours on this server, that is plenty of time to learn the difference between those three raiding tools. Not to mention if a keypad cracker is dropped it appears as an ak47 until it is picked up by a user.
