Why were you banned?: Revenge RDM x2

Why should you be unbanned?: I was watching these people that got kidnapped play this game that the kidnapper had set up next to one of the harvest zones, I was on top of the building watching, next thing you know I get RDM'd. Okay, whatever, I don't care too much, I start walking past that area to go get to my base, and I get killed again for no reason, I didn't even have any guns equipped... Lastly, I walk past that area again to get to my base (because im not walking all the way around the map to get to my base when I shouldn't have to) this time I have a gun equipped, and as I walk past I start getting sprayed in the back, so I turn around and kill Mdantos and his buddy, because at this point I was about to get RDM'd a third time. I go to my base and start farming printers or whatever, then 10-15 minutes later I get teleported by Rias, I get questioned, I explain myself, there was an obvious bias cause he didn't really care what I had to say, Mdantos claims I was messing with the buttons on their base which was impossible because I would've had to lockpick a fading door to get to the buttons, but long story short I get a 24 hour ban, Mdantos gets no punishment. Where is the sense in this?

1. Intentional RDM/Revenge RDM can go up to a 3 day ban.

 

2. No way their was any bias in all of that i did like all sits listen to both sids took  a look at the death/damage and nlr logs you died twice in the same street(Literllaly a body beside another) then killed both dantos and his friend wich is revenge RDMx2 everyway you look at it.

    I know you didn't die at a base like i said checked nlr logs but still all of your deaths by ho, were in the same small area 

 

 

4. and i took around 100 sits that night i can't clrearly remeber why dantos killed you the first time but it was  legitimate reason or you both either wouldve been in trouble or both let go for both fucking up.

 

 

all i have to end this with is you did revenged rdmx2 and all i had in me logs at the time showed me that you we're the one in the wrong so went with them like i do everytime. And to me the ban should stay has it is.

Also, the reason I put in my thread is the reason he killed me, so if you think that's a legitimate reason you're not fit to be a moderator whatsoever, you banned the person who got RDM'd twice, and was in the process of getting RDM'd 3 times but defended myself. Also, if you check the logs you will see that Mdantos did indeed shoot and kill me first, -1 for your job as moderator.

Ah, i'm the suspect here, likewise... My base was in the slums in the very back, the warehouse with the little window room in the very corner of the map. I'm taking it personally because he basically teleported me for no reason, he didn't listen to what I had to say nor did he respond to it, it would've made no difference if he would've banned me without a sit. I'm just tired of staff on this server not knowing the rules, one admin tells me something is prop climb, somebody else does it, I call admin, what do I hear "Oh, that's allowed cause there's a ladder to get up there". Seems like i'm always getting the blunt end of the DarkRP bullshit, I don't cry to an admin everytime I get RDM'd, but god forbid I defend myself after getting RDM'd twice, then I get banned, it's a joke.

Like I said, it was a big transparent box sorta thing, and they would kidnap people and make them try to kill each other, I was just watching from the top of the building, then outta nowhere I get AWP'd by Mdantos. That's how it all started.
