This dude made 3 demotes on me while staff were on.  I am making this report because no staff accepted my sit even after making 5 or 6.   The reason were for me kidnapping him and not adverting it, not having a building sign up while building, leaving someone in my cage.  He also rdad me when I was a citezen that did nothing.

I have no information or evidence regarding the Rda in spawn, however the User will be banned for Mass False demoting for 3 days(based on confirmation from Mr. President)
