Okay, this is just targeting. I see all these people being warned for nlr but not banned. But as soon as smokey does something wrong he gets a ban. Example. 6 hour ban for breaking nlr once. Shouldn't that have been a warning? Yeah I think that too.

Like all this is doing is pushing us away from the server. I came on, invited my friends we have a group of 4 and we get treated like shit, being banned for things we should get warned. Especially when some admins are really, really corrupt and literally take sides in sits. But anyways I'm getting off topic. He shouldn't have got banned, the admin should have listened to smokey and not just jump into conclusions.

 

You cannot blame targeting, I always ban for more than 1 NLR. I didn't make this ban, but don't always assume its targeting.

If you have a record of it, such as being banned for RDM and NLR previously, one count of NLR can definitely be a 24 hour ban.

Then don't be one. Staff are different. Some are more harsh on their punishments than others, to put it as simple as possible, don't break NLR and you wont have a chance of being banned.

Okay my turn to put my two cents in.

 

This post seems as illegitimate as they come. Your attitude toward the other staff who have commented on this will get you nowhere, and your friend has no business weighing in on this thread if he has nothing legitimate to add to the ban appeal.

 

Now that being said, punishment times are up to staff discretion, and judging by your attitude the punishment fit the crime.

And let me add, if either you or your friend comment in response to this with some smartass or assholish remark, whomever makes the forums post will be issued a one week forums ban for trying to start drama, and this appeal will be denied period.

Based off the way you're talking to us and how you claim to be targeted, this ban seems legit and like monoxide said, your attitude showed that the punishment fit the crime.
