banned for crashing before sit(also innocent)

I understand where you're coming from. I really do. And I understand that people crash sometimes. I've crashed many times too, but when I get a sit and bring the player that says that he got RDM'd, and I check death logs to see who killed him, I bring the player. When it says player has not been found, I then check to see if you changed your name. After I have checked those, I then resort to connection logs. That's when you know if they are going to get a ban or not. The logs can be glitchy at times, yes, but it said that you disconnected, so I got your steamID and banned you. If you can prove to me that you truly crashed, I will see if I can forward this to a higher up to get you unbanned. I am not saying you are lying, but I do need VALID proof. This ban appeal will just keep going back and forth if you don't have proof..

 

That is a fair request I may have difficulty proving my crash though unfortunately being it was an FPS Lag crash or something to do with memory and i did not receive the HL2_crash message/file but I will still try to find any sort of evidence.

Btw Boopy you, as the banning staff member, are allowed to shorten his ban length or unban him if you choose to.

Well, I understand that. The ban was only two days, however with VALID evidence, I will unban him.

I feel like he didn't intend to leave. I am going to unban him. But please, in future ban appeals, make sure to have screenshots. Give me one second. He has waited a great amount of time anyway. But like I said, please do be more careful and make sure to have video/screenshot evidence.
