Edit: Regarding the last incident, where he said what he did is okay because it's not in the rules, attempting to exploit a loophole is heavily discouraged and in a situation where the user is being banned, a longer ban is called for. Also, just because something isn't in the rules doesn't mean it's allowed. This goes hand in hand with loopholes. Loopholes are the thing I hate with with all my existence, if someone tries a loophole, assume the normal punishment, but add two days. This is an obvious violation. I am also told that he blocked off the door to the PD and made it so you had to go through one specific nocollided prop to get through. The whole point of the hobo is basically to annoy people, but that's the opposite of what being staff is about. Kalysta Posted July 12, 2017 Share Posted July 12, 2017 Yesterday, he had 2 couches on the PD door. I asked him about it and he didn't answer for 2 or 3 minutes. So, I removed them (Which is my mistake) because people were constantly complaining about it and since I was the only other staff member on, they were complaining at me to fix it. So I did and then and came back and said "Who destroyed my base?" "Kalysta dont remove my props unless you have a valid reason to". And, I kept trying to explain to him that you cannot build on the PD or in it. He kept telling me that its not on the PD at all so therefore it's allowed. Not to mention all of the buckets pretty much blocking spawn. Not Steve saw the things I did and talked to him about it. Mosin replied to him "If they can get through, it's not propblock". Mosin was actually killing people in front of me saying "LAW 6" in chat over and over. I told him that's corrupt and to not enforce that law and that I'll be talking to the mayor about it. He said he will continue to do it because it's not in the MOTD that you can't kill people for just talking. "Law #6: [Trial Mod] (OOC) Mr.Mosin: TALKING = KOS[Trial Mod] (OOC) Mr.Mosin: DO IT" (Edit: To be clear, what is in quotes was directly copy/pasted from !laws. Edit 2:To be even clearer, this means that in addition to enforcing the law as a CP, based on this text he actually came up with the law.) This breaks several rules.
