Then i hear in audio "are u fucking kidding me, are u serious". I am then jailed and tp'ed upon, i proceeded to explain and say "isnt it a purge?" whitch to my suprise its not. The server then went down for its daily reset, so the convo was cut short. When i log back on im banned for 3 hours???? Intentional rdm and fail rp. All of this was due to the fact 2 perticular moderator doesnt agree with it, yet since i have been on this server that isnt that long there has allways been a purge. The only evidence i can actually give to be fair is the maths behind this supposed kill. Mayors pistol -22-29 dmg per shot zareox 125 hp / 50 armour With these values i would have to blindly hit him through 1 way props with no vision 6-7 times cleanly ( i only received 2 hitmarkers) SO LOGS WILL NEEDED TO BE SHOWN! How can he have Screen shots of the before hand scenario also? theres no killcam feature in this server that i know of. If hes prop was frozen which metal gate behind hes window ( the 1 if u use the material gun it only allows to been 1 way though) How can i supposedly hit him through it (i did once maybe twice). To me with this evidence there is ALOT of holes in this. I do by all means tho do hold my hands up for the miss communication of the "purge" BUT the mass rdm that was occuring how comes none of them was punished? I stand by my fail rp as i was actually the mayor at the given time but same again this was miss communication. Its not just the ban i would like lifted its the ban on my record i only have 3 warnings 1 i admit was actually me but its seems the staff are very quick to throw their powers around and are very very quick to judge without reason. Zareox Posted July 4, 2017 Share Posted July 4, 2017 i thought i was 125 hp through my houndeye with armor i may not have had armor because i had verbally warned a new player after hitting me with a brick not to do that since it can kill. This server isnt listed as a purge server thus not having purge in it. I had clearly stated it all in ooc. He had the intention to kill me thus me banning him he should know better not to kill others for a "purge" and so should these tmods. However this was right before server reset and the logs are gone and there is a fence prop with a little space and a metal gate prop i was against the fence prop. I was near the fence prop since i was talking to 404 about how to handle a player who killed themself in a sit. i ended taking screen shots then since he had tried to keypad craker my base he was dead and typeing. No he shouldnt be unbanned. He was the only player around who could have killed me. 404 was dead infront of my base. Whether it is eight hours from reset or eight minutes, this server does not have a purge and participating in one is RDM. Also waht your saying is that YOU could infact be lying about being killed as i saw no kill between me and you in the feed. To be fair im not saying i am a VIP but the money i have put into the server, do you really think i would jeprodise it by something so stupid ? This was miss communication. I did state that i will accept the fail rp but the RDM i will argue as there isnot enough evidence to conclude the matter and to be fair the stats and maths i have provided seem to debuk your theory of me killing you hense the change of story in the forums from the discord logs. With this aswell, Why the heck was i focused out of all the players. Because i hit you? not kill but hit? Being prejudice towards someone as a admin seems abit harsh also? And Another lie being brought to the table as you think i was trying to keypad pick your door? as a mayor? without 1 equipped? Is any1 else reading this? After looking again the purge was announced by 404.letting people rdm for 5 mins then revoking 3 mins in seems abit silly also. (FALSE) I fired my weapon into your base hit you as a mayor. You think the same (TRUE) I deemed my actions miss communication as the "Purge" was allowed by 404 and was in play for at least 3 mins. You think i was just int RDMING even tho a few other was doing the same (TRUE on my part FALSE on yours) I did not lockpick/keypad your door as i did not have a keypad,was not in range to do so ,was a mayor and did not have 1 equipped. You admit to not only shooting him, which could be accidental maybe based on the circumstances, but continuing to shoot BECAUSE you got a hit marker.
