Or as what I was told by the moderator, "I was killed in the crossfire". Why should you be unbanned?: I believe I should be unbanned because me and the person who were fighting, agreed to this, there weren't any complaints or requests to stop from him or from me. His ingame name was "Zeni Croni". Once we started, other players started to notice us and decided to join in as well. We had no control over them, nore did we have any control on what weapons they used. Keep in mind me and Zeni were using BRICKS, while others who joined in were using GUNS. I personally didn't pay too much attention to them, and kept trying to fight Zeni without getting shot in the crossfire from other players who randomly joined in. Then, from what I was told, the moderator "Not Steve" was killed in the crossfire, NOT from either me or Zeni, but from the other players who were just shooting eachother. I then watched him jail 2 players for this. I was kinda relieved they were, because I was getting a little tired of getting shot myself when I was trying to fight Zeni. I then ran up to Zeni and threw my brick at him, killing him instantly. I was then tp jailed my Not Steve, I was not warned or anything, just instantly jailed. He then proceeded to ban the other 2 jailed players, each for I think was 7 days. I tried explaining to him that me and Zeni AGREED to this fight, and didn't have a problem with killing eachother, but as I was done explaining, he told me that he was killed when walking over due to crossfire coming from other players with guns, and that it was a problem, even though we had no control what so ever over the other players who decided to join in with guns instead of bricks. Even after explaning that to him, I was met with a 1 week ban. Not a warning or anything beforehand, not even told I was getting banned. Evidence: Zeni Croni would tell you the same thing, not sure if he has a forum account as well, but he himself was even trying to explain the same thing to the moderator. I can tell this myself and we were getting sits off of various people who RDMed them during this gun fight. If you and your friend really WAS only using bricks, im up for a shortened ban, Im not sure about a FULL unban because you guys really caused this huge mess of RDM right outside of spawn... I see your point. Though I'd like to be unbanned completely, I also wouldn't be too upset if it was at least shortened to a day or so. You'll be messing around with your friend then more people join in because they want free kills or they think you can do whatever and kill whoever comes. Then, you have to stop what you're doing and they take it too far and keep going. I've dealt with it before plenty of times. If you were just fighting your friend and not attacking anyone else unless they came for you... I'm up for a shortened ban.
