Lunchable Posted June 4, 2017 Share Posted June 4, 2017 Your Steam Name: Lunchable Your ingame name: Lunchable Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:0:142230529 Why were you banned?: mass rdm, killing staff members in a sit Why should you be unbanned?: because it is a misunderstanding that could have been avoided if Golden Pup would have done a sit with me, they were all sitting in the street, so as the hazmat I went up, scanned them all, and proceeded to kill the ones who were infected. I was jailed on the spot, Golden tp'd to me and when I start to explain what I was doing he bans me, no sit or anything. One person out of 4 was not infected, and they were in the street, how was I supposed to know it was a sit? nobody was noclipping either, it just appeared to be 4 people standing around. The ban was justified, however, a proper sit should've been conducted. I would have apologized and stopped if he told me. Golden Pup Posted June 4, 2017 Share Posted June 4, 2017 I'll admit I didn't do a sit on you, as I was in a sit where I had to go through Wanted logs, Damage logs, Kill Logs and coming up to use and just spraying us down regardless if it was a sit or not would be Mass RDM. I honestly don't see the reason why you are attempting to lie about the number of people I scanned. It's disappointing. I hope the server has logs of that because that's total bs. I spent a good 20s scanning everyone at least. And the only clean person was the grey guy. And why wouldn't my claims be true? I'm not trying to sway it in my favor, I said what I did, scanned and killed. And that's isn't enough for you? You now have to come and lie about the amount of people I scanned? If you're a cop and you see someone snatch a purse, then you arrest them without reading them their rights, they are completely scott free of their crime. If you catch someone "Mass RDM", you need to have a sit otherwise there is a good chance the ban will be overturned. What you did was wrong due to the change in the rules, however there was no need to add "In a sit", as it may have been a sit, but there was no indication whatsoever, there is a reason ALL staff have access to no-clip, please use it. I am definitely a +1 For Unban, he didn't know what he did was wrong, and I understand that "Ignorance is not an excuse", but it is a relatively new rule. Golden Pup also needs a quick conversation about how to begin a sit, and how to deal with distractions in a sit.
