There's no logical reason for someone to be recording at all times if they believe their pc can't take it. We follow innocent until proven guilty, right? What is the argument here? This is a ban appeal and he broke the rules. I raided the kingdom Issac was apart of and in the process killed the people that were apart of it which is legal as a raid. There was no visible building sign on the outside which I pointed out Issac confirmed earlier in the thread. Without hesitation Issac jailed me and banned me pretty much as soon as I was teleported to the jail and didn't bother listening to reason as i told him there was no textscreen let alone a building sign. There is no evidence backing up either statement... How I see it... If the building sign was hard to see for other players than we should consider that in the punishment. Before you put a building sign up, ask other players if they can see the building sign clearly. Then proceed building. Now since 90% of the staff members are reading this and not knowing if the building sign was present or not, they are just going to take sides and this report is going to go nowhere. Raiding is a spontaneous thing it just happens and I'm almost certain no one could expect this sort of shit to happen ahaha I do believe that in the event of there being a building sign on the base I would not fail to acknowledge this As not only does my warn record prove this but I'm a fairly active player on the server and a donator. I would not jeopardize my playtime on a server to just to kill several people for seemingly no reason. If my good word means anything I would hope you take this into consideration my friend i enjoy playing on this server very much and would just like to get back on but I'm definitely more than willing to settle for a decreased ban time if that is possible. Garv Posted May 8, 2017 Share Posted May 8, 2017 Sugar proved in another report that even if it is really visible to you it might not be for others as it may be visible from one direction or distance but not the other, maybe from the angle or direction that chief was in it wasnt visible so it might not have been his fault.
