I was for 3 days for mass RDMx3. I was told to use a wabajack on the guy who told me, and i used it and it caused a explosion and killed 3 people , the guy who told me to use it and 2 other randoms. i did not mean to kill or target the 2 bystanders just the guy who told me to use it. i do not remember their names, but i do know who baned me and not warn me and that would , In game name: Geanie Trial Mod. we had a sit but he still baned me for three days. i very upset for not having a warn.

 

I should be unbaned because it was a accident and i went to the guys who i killed and said sry they said it was fine.

 

I have no evidence but i only know is i got banned and not warned.

It does not matter if it was an accident or not, you still mass RDMed. I even brought Cullen and he said the same thing.

Ehh.. If it was something like a C4 during a raid killing a bunch of people or blatant misuse of explosives, I could see keeping the ban for its full duration. The WJ is purely random, and it's quite possible this dude didn't even know it could explode like that.

Clearly, with the amount of effort put forth to try and get this ban appealed, OP does legitimately want to come back to the server. I can definitely see this being an honest, 100% mistake.

I'd say shorten it, especially if what OP says about the victims being fine with the mistake is true.

He was courteous enough to lower your ban down to a three day, since generally the normal Mass RDM ban is seven. 

The best way I think to describe this situation is with the "If they jumped off the cliff would you?" Analogy, if someone tells

you to use something classified as a weapon on an unexpecting player, would you? I think Geanie Junior felt

a forgiving mood and banned you for three days, This isn't something you should really need be warned for, common sense 

says shooting a weapon at a player who did nothing wrong in RP isn't the best choice, I believe the ban is well deserved, try not

to do everything people tell you to do when you come back.

From what I can tell you seem genuine. 

If you were testing the WabbaJack on someone who had your consent then it was clearly not RDM and the other 2 people were clearly crossfire. 

Now all of this is just your side of the story. 

 

Before I can give a proper judgement I have to hear from Geanie.

I would have to disagree with Geanie on this one. The first player had his concent to try the WabbaJack on him. So it wasn't mass rdmed it was RDMx2, which is technically crossfire. 

This was a one time mistake.
