We can't really take the chance of letting someone who propblocked spawn back into the community early. This seems very biased against me and on tyrants side as in going to guess that you are all friends as he did the same for me. To Cullen, I realize it's not his job to show evidence, but in most situations of propblock the said mod should have taken screenshot so there is some sort of proof. You see, most humans on earth with a computer have these things called hard drives, or solid state drives; now, these humans don't like to fill up said hard/solid state drives with random videos, so we simply don't. We are not responsible for taking evidence for people that we ban, but rather the players are as they only need footage for reports and appeals, but staff can't record everything then never delete the clutter for fear of being called out for not having evidence of a ban. Mr.President, Tyrant should be required to provide proof or it is a false ban, no? It doesn't make sense how he won't provide proof yet I am still banned for propblock which I am 100% sure that I did NOT do. I am not sure why am still banned, as this would be a false ban, as he has no evidence besides words and it just seems biased at this point. Finally, this thread is being closed until someone is able to show proof as people are just posting unnecessary comments. If any evidence "arises" PM them to me and I will reopen the thread, Sugar will probably check his logs as he has the full things saved and it doesn't cutoff after the tenth page. I told him in a case like this, it is the mods word over the player's word but his steamid is clean and I don't know if he would of gone through the trouble to write an appeal and fight it if he was sincerely in the wrong. I also told him that a false ban is pretty hard to do which is why ever player banned is guilty until proven innocent. Regardless, we don't have prop spawn logs since logging too many things is pretty narly and unnecessary. I usually don't answer or take part in ban appeals that I am not involved in but prop blocking spawn is not the end of the world.
