If you're the parent/guardian/older sibling you should read both Discord terms of service and our/facepunch terms of service. It specifically says that the player must be 13 years or older to play and or use Discord. Of which they said they're not. So this part of the ban is valid. If they/you still wish to argue the validity of the Cheating portion of the ban then you may do so by waiting this out.
