I was banned for rdming someone in the entry tunnel because an sk was intimidating me to. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I'm gonna be honest I'm a bit drunk and I should've probably just arrested the guy but my judgement lacked. I honestly feel like someone threatening you to commit an act should not be an rdm offense like that. Who warned/banned you? You said in your sit that you killed Ethnxz because a sk told you to either kill him or the sk would kill you. That unfortunately is not a valid reason to RDM. You proceed to follow Ethnxz out of spawn and kill him in tunnel. There is almost no valid rp reason to rdm someone. Just because someone tells you to do something doesn't mean that you should. I get that you could have been inebriated, but you also have to remember that by you doing this, you are ruining other peoples rp experience. It's not like I just brought you, checked logs and insta banned you. I asked Ethnxz if he cared multiple times, and if he really wanted to pursue action over this, hitting him with the "fr fr?", in which he responded yes. On top of that, a RDM ban can result in a 3 day ban, but I decided to be lenient with you and only give you a 1 day based on what you said during the sit. This may sound cringe but actions do have consequences. Sure you might have "feared" for your life, but it gave you no reason to RDM someone else. Already having 2 verbals and a warn, i would have expected that you read the rules on RDM and the encompassing rules surrounding it, coming to the conclusion that it wasn't okay before you took action. All-in-all, it was a 1day ban for an infraction that you did commit, so its gonna be a -1 from me. Keep in mind the rules of RDM, you are not allowed to kill individuals without having a justified means. In this instance, killing someone just because someone else told you to is not a valid justification.
