You have already been told multiple times what's expected, so for you its a matter of actually taking accountability, and giving it some more time in between appeals. No ones gonna believe you've changed if you appeal in a month from now after being basically spoon fed the answer to your problems. Give it some time, and come back with a proper appeal and a proper mindset on the situation, otherwise the answer is always gonna be no.
