Originally "extended to 4 months", later changed to perma To Respectable TitsRP admins, To begin my addition to the forums appeals, let it be known that oj simpson tbh has not been a shining example of a star citizen, as is evident by the priors. I shant waste your time with fake promises of "im sorry", "i won't do it again", "the glove didn't fit", etc. The day of the incident, I was up to many of the same tricks I had been up to before. Though, I hope to change your minds in the decision of a permanent ban. As it is true, the occasional passer-byer looked at me the wrong way and felt the heat of a buckshot to the chest, many of the instances that day were of self defense. You see, my gimmick that day was to create a homeless shelter and beg the fine gentlemen of TitsRP for guns and drugs and money. During this tenure, some of the other citizens may have come to me in their own days of desperation, and lay their barrels at my forehead. In these instances, and there were many that day, I could only act in self defense. One such case is the Chucky occupation, who's job it is to hunt hobos at their will. One too many instances with these Chuckys, I began to take matters into my own hands to protect myself by shooting on sight. Surely this cannot be a perma-able offense? Other such instances in my time on this day were run-ins with other MRDM'ers, of course this is not an uncommon sight on this wonderful server as some individuals will walk out of the spawn area with fully automatic weapons and shoot as they please. These terrors rarely last long, but as long as they do I must take it upon myself to protect my interests as well as others to stop the "Indiscriminate MRDM'ers". Now, of course, as stated earlier, I know that I am not free of sin. But, surely you understand there is a major difference in what I describe as Indiscriminate MRDM'ers, and someone such as myself who takes each interaction to heart, and best attempts to Death-Match in situations deemed necessary, or comedic. Each of my sessions is often spread across hours, sometimes days. The point is, what i describe as an Indiscriminate MRDM'er is well deserving of a perma-ban, they seek to ruin any and all interactions spent by your fellow man. While myself, on the other hand, am not so heartless. The killings at the hand of oj simpson tbh are rarely undeserved, I focus my effort on cruel racists and, for lack of a better term, ASSHOLES. As my last bite of attention, I offer a simple plea from a guilty man to have my original sentence restored. I approach my victims humbly, there is no malice in my actions, and I very much enjoy the time I partake in TitsRP. Twas never my intention to disrupt or offend the Hierarchy, but rather to bring joy to the server with boundless acts of tom foolery. NITRP is simply false, I take my rolls quite seriously, such as: Begging for guns, money and drugs as a hobo Giving presents as Santa Clause the week of Christmas (and dispensing "coal" to those who were naughty) Hiring a Defense Attorney and having a proper court session in the Admin Timeout (yes we actually did that shit) Taking on a Prestigious Gentleman persona and greeting everyone with a smile, then accepting a bribe like the greedy man I was portraying as to shoot as many people with an M4 as possible Setting an appointment with the Mayor, then shooting his staff for belittling me Becoming the Mayor on a platform of total Libertarian freedom and passing as many laws giving ICE lore accurate immunities Becoming an Officer and shooting dirty cops Defending arrested citizens in the streets whom I know are being wrongfully accused by shooting the officer Roleplaying as a DoorDasher and becoming enraged at the slightest inconvenience (lore accurate) In conclusion, I know my tenure on TitsRP is far from a squeaky clean record, but let it be known oj simpson tbh is not a malicious man. I do not hunt with rabid impunity, and I take my RP actions quite serious. With all the information provide, I humbly request the perma-ban be lifted and my original 4-month extension be reinstated. This way, I am still punished for the transgressions I did infact commit that day, and will still serve my sentence until the end of July, 2026. My intention was to be as purely honest as I could be, as in my eyes expressing my true feelings of the situation goes a long way compared to "oh please, I pwomise I won't do it again!" With this is mind, not a single word I said in my appeal was a lie. I do not apologize for my actions, but hoped there could be some humility through my honesty. Obviously, I know the decision is final and that my long time service in TitsRP has come to an end, my intention in the reply is not to change your minds. I simply defend my honor by refuting the claim I am meme-ing. Regardless of my personal feelings towards the situation, I very much respect your decision to stand your ground and keep a time-again felon out of the streets. As they say, A dog who bites every owner he's had can only be disciplined with a firm hand. Or put down. I've enjoyed my time on TitsRP very much, and so I bid one last farewell. {GN} Isaac Posted June 29 Share Posted June 29 (edited) Honestly, all you’ve done is MRDM. I’m not saying it’s not bad, but there are people who’ve done much worse. I’m willing to work with you if you agree to stop the MRDM.
