I am hesitant to reply because of the lack of understanding i have for this post. I don't know if you are trying to be funny or what but this doesn't really explain anything that went down or show that you understand and regret what you did. Were you a gang/party member and forget to yell party assist before you mowed down people? Were you trying to RP as someone from a movie you saw? Who knows. Its gonna be a -1 from me. Hopefully when crow replies we will get some insight.

There are no purge events on this server, any laws that the mayor may put into effect saying otherwise are fail laws.
Rules for the server can be found HERE or by typing !motd while in game these rules are ALWAYS in effect and active regardless of any mayor laws or king laws.
You may NOT under any circumstance kill someone without a valid RP reason, rather it be: Self Defense, Raiding, SK, Warning, Kidnapping, Police involvement, etc. The ONLY area in the server that you are allowed to RDM is the RDM zone located INSIDE spawn through the portal. Which according to your rant above when you said you opened doors that would not be inside RDM zone as it has no doors to open/ players get stripped from their player models.
I highly suggest reading the rules to prevent yourself from being banned in the future as well as when you are making a forums appeal / report do so with more tact and professionalism by gathering all available evidence to support your claims such as damage logs / clips of your game play, as well as constructing a clear and precise account in your own words of what had occurred. Continued use of this appeal page posting un-related or troll material will result in the appeal being denied and most likely a forums strike being issued if it is continued. Hello mr. schidmit, you were running around blasting people in fountain for no reason, stun gun abused and tried to randomly arrest the casino manager while I was spectating, which is not nice!  When asked about why you did it you started talking about NLR? I wanted to give you a 3d ban, but you disconnected from the server during the sit.

If you made an appeal like a normal person I would have reduced this to 3d.
