I was banned for MRDM for 7 days Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I'm trying to play with my friend and the cops kept arresting me so I went and shot them cause I was getting annoyed. turfburn Posted June 14 Share Posted June 14 Yeah, Pibble was attached to the ban due to him extending the time for me. I only issued the ban due to your history of bans for MRDM on the server. This year alone you've had three bans excluding mine for it. Your latest ban was for the exact same reasons (MRDM + LTAP) that this ban was for and was just slightly over one month ago. Had you not immediately left the server when I brought you to a sit, then I would've had a lot more leniency towards a punishment. As for cops targeting you and you acting in retaliation, the logs show that you had killed three different players including cops first, and then were killed by 5 other players whom only two of were PD related jobs. I've taken a screenshot of your logs, available to me, regarding deaths here. And you're only arrest while you were on the server is here. To be honest, I understand where you were coming from and would like to reduce your ban time, but given that you've recently had a ban for the exact same reason I'm going to have to remain on my stance for the week ban. You can't just run and gun and then leave as soon as you're brought to a sit. 9 times out of 10, you'll have a much better chance of lenient punishments if you stay in the sit and explain yourself. I'll have to say -1 for unban, however I'm open to hear what other staff have to say about unbanning. Sadly if you leave the game during a sit we usually are going with the punishment that you were reported for if it has any merit to it to do so. You could have explained yourself in the sit, if you were teleported up and left that is a big no no. Makes you look super guilty and you don’t feel any regret for you crimes. However I do see some justice in making a post for you appeal means you took the time and effort to think on your actions and I do see you explain some and apologize for your actions. You do have a lot of semi recent bans for mrdm (about one a month with only ten hours of playtime. Not a good thing we wanna see. Last time I do wanna go over sadly it looks like you hopped on an alt account and massed again. This is something you shouldn’t do. You shouldn’t be alting to break more rules, that will only get your alt account banned and more time added to the main account. Sadly with this being said I’m -1 for unban, With the alt the ban will be changed to 2w for alting while banned.
