I was banned for Mass RDM

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was banned for killing the 2 dudes who kept killing me, which would include Cubrid and Biddie Geraldine. If I’m not mistaken, they started killing me first. I took clips of the times I was killed randomly by Cubrid. It’s understandable that retaliation isn’t the answer but after a while of being rdmed for no reason eventually something has to be done.

Are you able to post the clips? I haven't known cubrid to start rdming but he has a bad habit of rdming someone he thinks is mrdming. I will also foward this to cubrid as he is not a staff member. @Cubrid

Of course I have one of his random kills that he did. Like yeah there were an insane amount of mass rdmers last night, but I was getting killed by them too. Then Cubrid and Biddie Geraldine started killing me too, so when I killed them back after already being rdmed by them (especially Cubrid), Cubrid then did a vote ban. Hopefully this medal clip I have shows it his rdm.

Well, first thing you were vote banned, so you should already be unbanned. Secondly, @Cubridis claiming that you were RDMing him first so if anything Cubrid RRDM'ed You. He claims he did this as a result of the IRDM in which he claims you killed him 7-8 times. As a result, he vote banned you for it. What say you?

I vote banned you for mass rdming because you kept killing me over and over and there was no staff on, I was tired of getting killed over and over. That clip you showed of me killing you in the tunnel was because you had killed me earlier in the fountain. The reason you went that way in that clip is to try to catch me off guard but I snuck up behind you in which where you can audibly hear "Looking for me?" implying it is not a random kill. Furthermore, here are the logs from that moment. The first kill happen because  were throwing the chair at me as John Cena as you can see in the logs, and constantly kept trying to kill me.

Yeah, as I said to someone previously, I was being mass rdmed quite a bit as well. There were like 3 other people massing including one who got voted out and came back to mass knowing no staff were on. I believe my first interaction with you was me being killed by you, the same with Biggie Geraldine. So i automatically assumed that this was the same case. If I was wrong that’s on me, but I was also being mass rdmed and got tired of respawning over and over while having to rdm the rdmers.

So what I'm reading is that you're admitting to MassRDMing him, but it may have been a misunderstanding due to what you believe was a single RDM from him to you?

For what I remember there were prior kills before that. If not then that’s 100% on me. But again I had thought he killed me prior to that clip, and I thought he was mass rdming. I don’t think I have access to the logs of what happened before that to see if it was someone else who killed me prior to those other interactions, but I was getting rdmed and so were other people before to all that.

You literally would follow me around the whole map non stop and kept killing me. Just cause someone was rdming you over and over does not mean it was me. I was not mass rdming. I had votekicked about 4-5 mass rdmers yesterday. Why would I be mass rdming as well that  makes no sense?

I don’t have any clips of the situation but Mr. Cake, you also randomly came and shot me atleast twice and I witnessed you engaging Cubrid and others first without any initiation from the other party.  One other time you tried to kill Cubrid while we were raiding the PD and you hadn’t adverted anything and you were a casino owner. I think you got off easy since vote bans only last 1 hour.
