Wrongfully votebanned for false demoting and arresting a mod Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? It wasnt false, I clip every arrest I make, Mr Stevie had a swep out (gravity gun) so I arrested him. (No WEPS/Sweps out in public was the law) Then this Angry trucker arrested me as a cop when im a cop, I demoted him, then he vote banned me falsely. (Staff have labeled the gravity gun as a swep just like how the trash collector is a swep) I also texted Steve on discord and he said his power went out so I understand why he didnt stop the vote. When I asked about how is the trash collector a swep before the staff member told me a grav gun is a swep too. This was a while ago tho so I dont remember who. Either way this would be in the hands of steve then. This guy still arrested me as a cop when Im a cop committing failrp. Making it FAILRP. So I demoted him for failrp and he INSTANTLY vote banned me. Steve Harrington Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 Hello, I thought I should say my thoughts on this, I do have to agree with Madx that a Grav gun isn't considered a Swep it's a tool (camera,Toolgun) etc. Not something considered Swep worthy. However with this being said I honestly didn't care Dunker arrested me as soon as I teleported to Ford my Power went out and I was gonna disconnect anyway. I think I need to dig deeper into my answer here after looking at some of the responses and talking to a few people. I feel that Dunker should have this removed off of his profile (Could have been avoided if my power didn't go out.) However I don't think Ford Fusion was in the wrong. He watched someone break a rule in front of him (arresting someone for holding a gravity Gun). Dunker did in fact RDA me and even tho I honestly wouldn't have cared and don't want him punished for it I feel that Ford Fusion doesn't need to be warned for abusing the vote system. (Pasting a vote kick rule below) Do not abuse your VIP rank by calling false vote kicks/bans. This includes for RP reasons.. Only vote kick/ban players breaking the server rules He arrested you for false arresting me which is something I think is a Exception in my eyes. Police cannot arrest, cuff, or stun fellow officers within RP (Exceptions exist to avoid RDM/Minging) Proceeded by you demoting him for this reason (Demoting him for arresting you, for rdaing me) then he kicked you for false demoting, I mean ima be honest here I feel that he can arrest you for randomly arresting me for standing on a roof with a grav gun. (rule I posted above). Then you demoted him for arresting you (which in the case above I would see as false). Then He vote kicked you for false demoting(which I feel you did.) Just because I don't care that you arrested me after the fact doesn't necessary mean that Mr. Ford Fusion should be punished for doing the correct thing he don't know I wouldn't care, he don't know why you arrested me he just knew you were in the wrong(and looking over everything I think I have to agree here) I'm not able to quote Bot's post but I don't think Ford Fusion Should be punished for what he did. I think since I was the one who got arrested I wouldn't really care tbh but I still feel you were in the wrong. I honestly think Ford Fusion didn't abuse the vote kick system and think he had a Legit reason. (I would be fine with the removal off your record since I was the one arrested and I wouldn't have minded) -1 For Warning Ford Fusion for Vote Kick. Neutral for Removal off Dunker's Record.
