Reasons why you are reporting: Okay by the way I was in the ts with everyone at the time this happend. So what happend is that Fedora banned karma's friend for 1 hour then karma thought that was unfair so karma unbanned him. Which is not appropriate your suppose to ban appeal on the forums. Also when fedora teleported to Karma to talk to him about it he instantly returned him.

But that doesn't make sense he just straight up kicked me for no reason because I returned him for not asking for my permission to tp to me which isnt ok according to karma also after he was unbanned he began breaking more rules. Example: PropClimbing

Why is he getting a slap on the wrist when this is actually bs I was doing my job and he straight up unbanned him.

Also I was in the middle of the street and his friend actually attempted to rdm me twice (the first time is a maybe but the 2nd time is a definite) 

Also I was killed on the street after you called counter karma.

I dont care what happens but I dont like the fact that there is no form of punishment.

I kicked you for return spamming me, Because i was literally trying to tell you that me and Sugar have already talked about this, I told you not to TP to me because I was in my base, which you noclipped through by the way (great job.) And no, you were transporting printers back and forth helping with the raid, so either way we had rights to kill you. Your ban was false and I then realized after calming down a little bit, That is infact not my job to be handling bans and the sorts, and told you "I admit that I should have talked to about the ban first, I acted hastily." I publically apologize to all parties involved, I acted in the heat of the moment and it won't happen again. The reason he was "Propclimbing" was because blacnova was literally just having him sit there in a sit for 10+ minutes so he decided to build a little bit to pass the time.

Also, to blacnova's reply, you threatened me when i noclipped into the adminsit trying to explain that I have already talked to sugar about this, and so i was just warning you there is a possibility you can get in trouble for doing anything to me. I realize we're not on the best of terms and I let that get the best of me and threw some profanity in there, as I thought you were acting primarily on emotions during that moment. You are supposed to be on break anyways not a on-call admin for Fedora to boss around.

I have already addressed that, I was in my base at the time, not a public area such as the Admin Area, and when he is talking to someone about something I have already handled, I am allowed to hop in and input some information that may have not been known at the time.

Mods don't get the judgment to decide who gets to be unbanned or not.

 

That's why you don't have the command, and if you ban for 1 minute to "unban" them, that's a problem.

 

Being teleported to because you broke said moderator rules is justified since Fedora needed a legitimate explanation and whoosh, he got tp'd back.

 

He admitted fault, he owned up to it and I'm closing this thread before it becomes a "slander karmahunter" thread.

Wait he kicked you? I wasn't told that.

 

I looked at the screenshots and it definitely does show that he was defending his friend but he also manned up to apologize. I know that Karma has a temper that isn't entirely easy to control but from what I was told and understand: 2 groups were raiding a guy. The first group ran in and killed who ever and what ever and then the second group ran in without calling counter and killed Fedora? Then that lead to a ban?

 

It's not so much a slap on the wrist but from what I understood, you guys made up after the conversation but if it's still an issue then you can definitely re-ban the guy. I am not trying to disregard this report as it being not worth a demote / punishment but this is what I saw:

 

He unbanned is friend immediately and did not want to talk about it to anyone so he kept on returning everyone. Then he realized his mistake and added me and apologized to all the staff members and said it was a shitty thing to do. Blacknova messaged me and asked if the guy should be re-banned and I said it's up to all of the other staff involved with the incident.
