MRDM and NITRP Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I was playing as a police officer and upholding justice, all I was doing was arresting people who were wanted and protecting people, if I saw someone with a gun and they had just killed someone I would shoot at them, as this server is chaos it was MRDM central outside PD, while I was shooting at a hitman who had just killed someone I got dragged into a sit by this admin in question where he asks what I am doing, so I explain as I have above and he goes that's RDM and that I should attempt to arrest them in which I then explain to him that if they have a gun out and have actively just shot someone then how am I able to run up and cuff them, in which he replied use my stun gun... not very realistic to just see a man murder somoene in front of me and the proceed to point the gun at me then stun him that simply wouldn't happen, so then tell him fearing for my life I would never do that. Then he starts going on about how due to my priors and him having had this conversation with me before that he is upping my ban to 2 weeks so I check my warns in which I only have 2 in 2023 for RDA. I then request another admin because this is him clearly hating on me for some reason to which he replies " Appeal on the forrums " so here I am Who warned/banned you? I tried explaining the situation to you during the sit but you were being really combative. I do remember your name as I tp'd you to a sit in the past to educate you after you RDM'd me. I rarely give any punishment during my sits. Your prior ban did not help your case either obviously. I can promise you I was not being biased as I have nothing to gain from it and even if I did, thats not the type of staff I am. You also just got off a MRDM ban less than a month ago, which means we do double the ban length. What you're all baso saying is that if people are gunning down other people in the street I should just let it happen, also the worst part is the admin in question admitted no one made a report against me he just got killed by me so assumed the rest were RDM. Fair staff treatment I see MRDM typically is killing 3+ people (usually) within the span of 15-30minutes. -1 for unban. Your kills also consist of another officer which isn't allowed unless they've intentionally harmed you first! "Always try to arrest players instead of gunning them down to promote a better RP experience. Use your best judgement when deciding to kill or arrest a criminal. This is a RP server, more RP = better experiences for everyone" Without any proof (Such as logs or clips) that your kills were valid then there's not much else to say. I am a -1 for unban! All that's in this post is kill logs and you cannot go off of that to base if this is MRDM. I see that he killed a stalker twice that was disguised. How do we know that stalker wasn't stalking him? Unless there's something I'm missing here and damage logs were posted elsewhere, this needs to be posted here. I understand this guy has a horrible history lol. But I'm also confused if no one else reported him why was he banned. The people he killed like kale juice and cough cat I have seen around and always report someone for RDM. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. So going off of kill logs here is just like what? I think we really need the damage logs posted here to really rule this appeal out. Sorry for the little rant, like I said unless there is something I'm missing, going off just kill logs for this is not fair.
