This has nothing to do with your playtime or what kind of person you are as a player, this has everything to do with steams TOS rules. You really have to be 13+ and I asked how old you were and banned you accordingly. I do apologize that there was a clear miscommunication here but after you told me your age, I showed you the rule and banned you after.
