Who the hell approved this appeal to be made?

 

Frosty was originally given a 6 month ban (god who knows why) for making anon comments stating as I quote: “(User) sucks dick dm for video”. It was a few weeks or a month later he decided to appeal in which the staff team unanimously decided to get him community removed instead. This was because Frosty knew the user mentioned was underage. His excuse for the comments was that he was under the influence which is a terrible excuse. Now I very much remember is that you also alted many times while you were community removed (which I caught you doing and banned those accounts), so it is not gonna help your appeal go through, even though it’s not gonna go through at all.

Whilst I do not really play this server much anymore, I do not feel safe with you being a part of the community considering you have proved to be a pretty malicious person. Please stay banned.

A lot of the staff team is still around. Right now, I’m going to give a -1 based on how you’re acting and the fact that you’re trying to withhold things you claim to have. My vote may change depending on what happens, but as of now, I don’t think you should be unbanned.

First, because of how you’re acting.
Second, you didn’t ask to appeal your comms ban.
Third, you keep alting.

Just to be clear, the staff team decides whether you come back. Saying that no one gets a say except one person is incorrect unless Rubik himself says otherwise, the entire staff team has a say in this.

this guy tripled and quadrupled down on sexual comments toward a minor and tried saying he had his nudes i believe, and said 'back it up on me' 
this fella also alted to try and harrass the player [Spizz] in question
Im not staff, though despite me and spizz having former beef, I wholeheartedly believe that if the staff allow this player back into the community, I assure you, you're basically allowing pedophilic comments, accusations, and harrassment toward a minor in a sexual manner into this server.
Whoever allowed this appeal to even be created in the first place should really think about this fucker.

first of all, yes i did alt because i missed the community. i alted thrice. aint nobody hiding nothing, but im glad u responded grok because ur comment opens up a whole new lane. im open and ready for any and all questions. second of all. i did not know this dude was underage when i made the comments i did. i was under the impression that TITSRP WAS AN 18+ SERVER. who wouldnt think that seeing the name. third of all, fuck nigga, i asked already. stay out like i said earlier. this is above you and well above a vip. i said what i said because i wanted to 'provoke' the player in question, not disgustingly offend anyone. dude was on the edge of being able to even play the server.

the player in question is "SPYS" i had made comments incinuating him being gay (a joke). yes i did double down. yes i did triple down. yes i quad'd down. minors should not be allowed in the server considering the content in the server. i was in my own place. and this server is no place for minors. gambling. explicit custom content. adult words. i was punished because there was a slip up. on my end and the servers end. im a streamer. i have an online presence. and i am genuinely confused that rubik has not made an 18+ rule already. is it so bad that i am acting like everyone is 18+? i have a character to maintain in all rp scenarios. whether its fivem or fkn darkrp.

Regardless of your personal views on the server or your assumptions about player ages, you must follow community rules and basic standards of conduct. Acting as if everyone is 18 or older does not justify making repeated sexual or explicit comments toward another player, especially after it was made clear that they were underage.

Doubling, tripling, or quadrupling down on those comments only made the situation worse. Whether you thought it was a joke, part of a character, or a provocation does not change how it was received or why action was taken.

The content of the server, roleplay themes, or the absence of an explicit 18+ rule do not shift responsibility away from you. Being a streamer, having an online presence, or maintaining a “character” are also not valid reasons for violating community standards.

The punishment did not come from a single mistake, but from a pattern of behavior followed by repeated ban evasion through alternate accounts. That context is why this appeal is being viewed negatively.

Unless more is added to this lets please refrain from filling this appeal up with hundreds of comments.

I second what Afflicto has said. 

I believe some people involved in the decision to remove you are still part of the community.

The staff team decides the outcome of appeals as a whole via forums appeals. (not through a VC)

You don't seem to have any accountability for what you may have done and seem to be giving as little information as possible (gate keeping info) as you believe it may help you.

You are alting attempting to avoid the ban rather than rectify it.

I take your posts so far aggressive and not professional.

 

So far it seems you have made one admission of claiming a member was "gay" and that it was a joke. Regardless of their age, and regardless of if it was a joke.. This is sexual harassment.

 

So far the alleged reasons for a comm removal are serious. Along with the little info provided by yourself and some of the info provided by Grok & Sanzu. Regardless of you believing the server is 18+, sexual harassment and pedophilic comments are not appropriate for any age group. Especially in a gaming community were everyone wants to remove themselves from their everyday lives and have fun.

 

At this moment, I am -1 for appeal. I do not see that you will be coming up with any evidence to refute your claims of conspiracy to falsely accuse or that such accusations did not occur. Not to mention you already admitted to Sexual Harassment.
