Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? This tuckle carlson person rdm me like 10 times in a row, i called staff and she got a verbal warning. i kill her 4 times after and then this trial moderator bans me four days. Who warned/banned you? It was a back and forth where I killed you more than you killing me. And that made you BIG mad. So you reported me, but not before hurling a few insults and harassing me in chat. You openly insulted me infront of the mod while I was cordial and calm. I remind you that you asked me to stop before the sit to which I would do but only if you apologized for your insults. The mod told both of us to leave each other alone but you couldn’t help yourself so you built a sky base sniper tower right out of spawn and sniped me and others. I called a sit when it was clear you weren’t gonna stop and it was an ez report. I have this all shadow played so if this is actually taken seriously, I have the evidence. In no way in this scenario were you wronged. Only out played. Get good, stop crying, and have a merry Christmas. This will be my only response since I have much more important things to do than respond to you. Holly wall of yap, if you have evidence attach it, you didn't issue the ban so your narrative isn't needed. If you wish to uphold the staff members decision, include the supporting evidence or just announce you have it. Choosing to ignore the hilarious amount of self righteous innuendos - "('This will be my only response, since I am so much more important than this matter')" - I'll open this appeal for open discussion, constructive at that. Never once did I state my actions were acceptable, I simply provided my insight, In my original posting I stated i killed you four times, as a consequence you created a retaliatory report against me (for the one I created against you for doing the same exact stuff I got banned for, except you received verbal warning) resulting in my ban. I apologize if my actions disrupted the server, its the first time and moving forward I wish to do better. If i can get a reduction or a pardon, great. If not, thats cool too. Tuckle Carlson informed me and from what I gathered from what you told me is you guys were warned before about killing each other from another staff member. Which hearing this means there has been issues with both sides previously. She reported you for RDM for 3 different sits and I claimed all of these. I heard her side of the Story which she informed me that you and her got in a sit with Hoss, and you came back and killed her 3 times and other people as well (I will SS and put in Imgur below). I teleported you and asked you what's been going on and you told me she's been killing you so you kill her back, you guys have been doing it as a while and got warned by a mod before (so clarifies what Tuckle Told me). I checked logs under you and didn't show and recent for Tuckle Carlson just that you have been killing her and a lot of people. I told you that and you became rude with me and kept insisting that she came back and killed you and you guys and Rdming each other. I told you sorry from what I hear from both sides I have to give you the 4 day ban for the MRDM (3Kills on Tuckle and more on other people that looked like random kills) and the previous warning from Hoss about killing each other that both you told me about. I'm gonna have to stick to what I Banned you for. I could see bringing it down to 1 or 2 if I was acting to harshly for it. -1 FROM ME AND NANCY! Its not a big deal, the logic and reason in your response is a breath of fresh air. Like I said I apologize and understand I could've been more creative with my vengeance than just clicking and shooting her four times. Im doing laps in LexiBirds mind right now and I feel so sorry, the fact she is linking people to this thread to down-rep me suggests she is clearly deeply bothered. If I knew her identity was so fragile, I would've feuded with somebody else. In my experience, TitsRP is always about fighting or casual banter, including the occasional unreported RDM matches, and gun duels. Bottom line, you're right! When staff got involved the first time, I should've dropped it, and I didn't. As a result, this situation was created. I apologize to you and the server. EDIT: Alot of those people hit (not killed) were a result of crossfire me trying to kill the person who reported me. The logs only show Tuckle being killed. Best regards. Comments about another player being “bothered,” “fragile,” or living in your head don’t add anything meaningful; they only weaken your appeal. When staff intervened and told both parties to stop, that was the expectation. You admitted it didn’t stop. Continuing to retaliate after staff got involved led to this being treated as MRDM, no matter how it began. Ban appeals should show understanding and accountability, not downplay the situation or turn it into personal arguments. Based on the logs and your ongoing behavior after staff intervention, the ban is justified and should stay in place. Seeing that you were semi apologetic and it's almost Christmas I would usually say reduce at banning staff members discretion. However the deduction is essentially the lowest it would usually go any not really In the realm of being reduced further... -1 for reduction / removal. most due to the already low ban time. (also the fact that you were just banned for alting, enforces my claim) After reading over your logs, this is pretty clear MassRDM! Everyone has already broken this report down very well by other staff so I dont have much of anything else to add but I highly recommend you read over the rules and get a better understanding of them! Also when making an appeal, its not the greatest idea to attack another player personally in it or in general.... Overall, due to your attitude, the evidence provided, & the fact that your ban is already pretty lenient, I am a -1 for unban!
