I've been perma banned for when i was kicked and then I came back after kick and an admin kept kicking me over and over telling my I was not supposed to come back after the kick. But at first they didn't ban me they kicked me....

Why were you banned or warned?

I was perma banned years ago. For coming back after i was initially kicked. A kick isn't a ban and I didn't think coming back after being kicked was going to get me Perma Banned

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

This all happened years ago and I just wanna play on the server again. Initially I was only kicked, and after joining the server again the admin kept kicking me but that didn't make sense to me because if it's just a kick and not a ban I should be able to come back.

I was confused as well. I was never brought into a proper sit, they were communicating through the message I get after being kicked

Im sure the rules have changed since then so I will read them.

I myself have never been aware of a rule stating you cant join back to the server after being kicked. This ban seems unusual and i will be +1 for a unban

Mods will vote here in the comments. And an Smod + will accept/deny according to the votes.

On something like this I wouldn't expect this post to be up for more then 2-3 days at worst.

Yeah I'm definitely gonna look into the kicks and bans on this, but as for the initial ban it really doesn't seem like anything worthy of a perma. I'll be +1 for an unban

You were banned for spamming props, but thanks to changes in punishment guidelines since then, you would have already served your time by now.

This seems like one of those old time bans where you’d get a perma for sneezing the wrong way. We have since changed our guidelines for lunivsmrnys and I’d say you’ve done your time and are deserving on a second chance.
