Hello everyone, long time no see.

 

I was banned for 6 months for drama mongering, and the ban was issued because I reacted to a forum post with proof to contradict some statements while being on probation.

 

I was never before involved in any drama, like, literally, but this drama was something I shouldn't have been invested in, and I apologise for any inconveniences for everyone that happened in that time period. 

 

Therefore, after my post with proof, I got banned on Discord and on the server for 6 months instantly, which was really strange. I only reacted to the other fellow player, who was also on probation and was even allowed to clear up his name with contradictory claims. My post was only directed to it with proof, but at the end, only I got banned, which felt rather biased in the circumstances.

 

I am also known in the community to be always friendly and try to help as much as I can, but therefore everyone makes their mistakes, even me.

 

My goal with my reactions was only to contradict some claims which were made, but it's all in the past now.

 

I have no ill feelings towards anyone and still want to contribute to this community, because it was a great time helping out.

 

Therefore, I apologise to everyone and anyone for my behaviour and things I said.

 

Still, therefore, I want my ban on the Server and Discord appealed in the best case or reduced. I only intend to stay positive in the server, and that's why I also took some time before even making an appeal to not engage while everything was heated.

 

At the end of the day it's a game to have fun on and wish everyone a great day.

i banned you because you posted more shit from that lil server vbov was in 'exposing it' while accusing and privately telling me that everyone from it was in some big blackmail data-harvest ring.

i told henchy, since, you yourself said henchy was like this big evil entity, i sat down with the lad and he showed and told me.

you have done nothing good for the community ever since being exonerated, you retired from staff, caused tons of issues.

 

we also strictly told you to not speak on it even once, the only reason swave said anything was to correct someone about a pedophilia claim which i think henchy confirmed

I respect it, but I would appreciate if you would be more genuine about it and respond to it with a straight head.

 

You sadly didn't get the full view and didn't read, but it's alright. I don't cling to the past, and I don't call any names. What happened, happened.

 

Sad to see you use that chance to put some dirt on someone else's name. Why can't you stick straight to the point?

You were not banned just by sanzu, it also had the entire admin team backed. You were told not a SINGLE moment of instigation will be tolerated, and you went in the discord and started stirring up more drama. It's pretty simple, you were given one extremely thin ice chance to stop completely without any continuation, and you decided to continue. You did not need to "defend" yourself, and you could have easily went private about it. You decided to go running around gen chat yapping about nukes and lies. You did all of it yourself and put yourself in that situation. -1 on any unban here, if anything you'd have more respect by serving your ban instead of trying to appeal it.

I heard you were going around telling people that you "have things that could get Rubik in trouble" and that you would be charging back if you didn't get an unban, is that true? Prob best to be honest in case someone has receipts. If true then it sounds like you haven't learned anything from this ban yet. 

 

Iirc you were banned for drama mongering for claiming you were going to "dump evidence" that you were withholding but didn't clarify what it was.

Nope I am honest, why believing rumors if I tell you directly I never intended things like that. Why should I make an appeal it takes it purpose away.

 

I got asked about it but I am in very positive terms with you and dont try to ruin it more the opposite I value it very much.

 

I stayed until now away from this community and any drama was genuinely regreting all my action and apologized on top of it.

Weird, idk why you would be accused of something so specific like that. Anyways you were on probation for drama and the terms you agreed to but never mentioned in your appeal was that if you were involved in any drama in the next 6mo you would be banned.

I went through the probation text and it didnt specify the ban duration thats why I left out that part

You lied about me and some other people being doxxers because vbov decided to report the boombox exploit to Rubik and he made an announcement in his own server warning people about it. Nobody had their IP leaked at all from that. Also, everything that's in vbovs server is just him being immature and shitposting about cheats in singleplayer and him boasting about reporting exploits to Rubik and getting paid.

 

You also lied about me being involved in the Kilobyte situation just because I was in the OWNU discord just to play games with those guys, which btw you were also in that the entire time so you by your logic you would also be involved and withholding evidence. vbov and Bill are already perma banned for their actions on the server anyways. Not to mention you went to random peoples dms and spread misinfo and lies about me and others, you then went to Tene which caused him to start even more drama on the forums. 

 

You were banned because Rubik put you on probation (a couple others were also put on it) and you just kept drama mongering + going into people's dms including other staff trying to paint me as some evil dude including other people.

Are using this appeal now to save face ? thats not the purpose of it and I try to not open the past, 

 

There are no lies and there things you hide but its not my job to open this topic, its in the past,

 

Btw by using your own logic why didnt you report it by also being an admin here in this server by your own logic ???

 

Why are we lying that I would spread anything can you proof it please as admin should it be easy
