Hello, I'd like to explain my ban. I was raided by a police officer, and it left a bad feeling. But then, a second later, two other people raided me, and I was so angry that I tried with all my might to kill them, because I thought it was unfair. So, I tried everything to convince the admin that it was their fault, not mine. Cause I was emotional, the police destroyed almost everything I had, and these two took what was left from my base. I don't expect the ban to be lifted, but I hope it gets reduced. Because my actions were purely due to the unpleasant situation. And im sorry for what i did

So, judging from your ban reason it looks like you were being raided by some players, and you decided to keep coming back since you were probably afraid of losing your ents?

if that's the case this ban would be valid and you also have handful of NLR on your record.

I was waiting for this appeal 

 

You were first raised by a CP and, after he died, by 2 other players. The CP (whom didn't know the two players at all) allegedly came back during the raid but died and stopped coming back, then YOU died and went back 3 times. The third time you also killed one of the raiders. This would have been a simple warn if it weren't for your several priors, one of them even dealt by me.

 

Is this your way of showing to staff you're sorry? I know we had a prior situation but taking your anger out on staff who do this for free is not a good way to vent. I have no enjoyment in punishing you. -1

I'm pushing through private message through to higher ups and going for removal from forums and possibly game.

That type of message is not acceptable and isn't how you should portray yourself especially after asking for forgiveness and leniency on a rightful ban.

I understand that it can be frustrating to be raided multiple times by different groups, but it is actually fully allowed. It'd be different if the same group was re-raiding you, but it is ok if they are unaffiliated. After reviewing this thread it is fairly clear that you intentionally NLRed a few times, making the ban valid. If you had just been kind, recognized your mistake, and asked for a reduction it probably would've gone through and could've been reduced to 5 days given your recent prior.

 

On the other hand, DMs like the above are unacceptable, and you will be receiving a forums warning for it. Going forward, please be civil and do not take out your anger in such a way. We are not unreasonable and unkind people, and would have no problem reducing a punishment for someone that made a mistake.
