"Mass RDA / Leaving" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I am mayor. I make weapons illegal. I go around arresting people with weapons out. One dude supposedly had a tool gun out which appeared to be a pistol. See this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/LiLESnX.jpeg. Other dude had his sword out and switched to keys before I cuffed him. Apparently swords don't count as weapons? Mod is having a bad day or something and decides to give me a warn for an obvious mistake on the first one and disregards the second one. Listening to the crybaby kid whining about me arresting him was making my ears bleed so I decide to quit after being handed the warn for a quick break. Then I come back to find that I've been given 7 days by the admin in a bad mood for "Mass RDA" and "leaving to avoid punishment." Pretty sure Mass requires 3+ (there were only two arrests, neither of them were false from my POV) and I couldn't have "left to avoid punishment" when I had already received the (false) punishment of a warn. And does not add on the the ban length Default bans for RDA are 7 days. If either you or @BOT sittoandmorican post logs i will cast my vote then. I've first of all reduced your ban to 3d for RDA X2 | LTAP since I've been told by Blacnova that the master sword counts as a WEP and not SWEP, so the arrest on one of the 3 players was justified. Other than that, the others we're all RDA since the players were holding keys and the tool gun, and either you lied in the sit or you have a one in a million bug because you tell me you have both the add-ons and CSS installed and mounted yet you can't see the items they have. I threw in the LTAP because you left when the sit wasn't over yet. For me it's a -1 I'll add the logs later. Warning someone for that is crazy, let alone issuing a 3 day ban. I left after I received a warning. What am I supposed to do, wait there for eternity? The punishment was handed out and, be honest with yourself, you were probably 2 seconds away from returning me anyways. I don't see any way where a ban is justified here. If you want to warn me to make a delusional statement that having an unfortunate glitch is a bannable offense, that's one thing. Tbh, the fact that you would even think that any of this was intentional and worthy of a ban is psychotic. I visibly witnessed one person with a sword and arrested him. I visibly witnessed one person with (what appeared to be) a pistol and arrested him. I don't even remember there being a third person but I'm 100% sure that I wouldn't have arrested him without a good reason. I've been here for nearly a decade, been as high as s-mod at one point, and done plenty of shit afterwards that I gladly accepted my punishments for and didn't even attempt to appeal. This one is a real doozy and you're honestly reaching and power-tripping with all of this. There was no minge attempt, I was genuinely attempting to RP and everyone was butthurt about it. You know it, I know it, and that whiny kid from the sit knows it too. I'm waiting for proof to be provided from mori here, but just off what im hearing here I will say this sounds very harsh, A few RDAs even if "lied" about is not a big deal and while 3+ arrests/kills/nlr can be a week ban, we definitely shouldn't be jumping to the max punishment for a few arrests. It's really a small issue and like you say based off what im hearing so far I'd have just warned. Even if what you're saying is skeptical or not trustworthy to believe, meh who cares tbh. I wouldn't week ban for that. I will wait for further context to be provided, but it ain't looking so great rn. After reading over everything, getting banned for 5 days (the original ban length Im pretty sure) over 2 RDA's & LTAP is pretty harsh In my opinion. As Blue has stated, deciding to remove the warn and give you a 5 day ban seems way overkill. If the punishment has already been given then their most likely isn't anything else to add at that point. Id also like to point out that the only prior for RDA is from 2019. Id defiantly love to see a copy of the logs from @BOT sittoandmori before I give my final verdict but I think this should have been a warning or at the very most a 1 day. I also wanna recommend that you find the cause for the weapon model issue you are having, this could maybe cause more issues for you in the future. I recommend you go through your addons and make sure there isn't a client side mod or anything similar that's messing with anything and to verify your game files.
