IMO no further action is necessary as he clearly understands that doing this was wrong. The name was already given back and it seems like it was just a joke. Why else would he leave his main linked to the account itself. He obviously knew it would get found and to my knowledge has already given it back. Just seems like a silly little prank. Seeing as how he changed his alt's RP name as soon as he was made aware that you wanted it back, and you made no indication that you attempted to contact him about relinquishing it prior to making a report, no further action is necessary.
