Why were you banned or warned?

I made a forum post broke the TOS rule 0.3.3, targeted at a user named "Agr0B0t". You can find the post at "19992-staff-misconduct".

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was under 18 at the time I was banned and I believe I was not mature enough to understand what I was doing. I apologize for this if I can.

Some notes:
It said "Console" but I think it was "Rubik" who covered my ban but I can't 100% guaranteed that fact so I didn't input that.

I put my In-Game Name as "Unknown" because that's what it says in the ban-list. I have no idea what my actual In-Game Name was at the time as I have not played in 2 years.

Hello,  I wanted to start by noting that your ban appears to be quite old, and when I searched for your Steam ID, I couldn't find anything except the ban itself. If you recall any prior issues on the server, please list them.  Since your ban was issued by console, it will need to be addressed by someone in a higher position. If you have any additional information or notes to provide, please feel free to share them. I also noticed that one of the staff members who commented on your post was @Succ The Zucc , so perhaps they can provide further insights on this matter.

I completely agree with Succ. It seems to me that you were aware your actions were wrong and tried to save yourself. I believe you should be unbanned since you have served your time, and I support giving second chances. However, I think that if something like this were to happen again, a permanent ban would be agreeable. Please take this opportunity to review the rules again and ensure that you demonstrate good behavior, especially if your appeal is accepted. +1 for unban but I do think he should be on some sort of grace period.

Yeah so this was what we call Player Toxicity. He claimed that Agr0Bot was saying that "On here CP is good" in the very bad sense. However he then right afterwards clarified with because "Civil Protection" or "Cops" which is why he got banned for TOS 0.3.3

The issue with this is that it isn't like a generalized accusation, but he went out of his way to defame the guy for it by taking it extremely out of context and then making a report on it to try and double down. With it being his only time ever breaking the rule this could have been literally all 3 different options in punishment times...I will say +1 on the basis that if this happens again he gets permed and comm removed for it. (Unbanned with a note regarding this unban)

Generally this is a massive no way jose. Because you acknowledge that it's immature to say such things and apologized, as well as it being your first related offense, I'll let it slide this once.
