So I have watched the actual footage, and you just blasted him 3 different times for 0 reasons. You have recent RDM warns, and a Mass RDM ban from a bit over a month ago. I think your ban is justified, if you didn't have priors, and if you weren't just blasting him without reason a warn might be more fair, but this is pretty justified with your recent behavior.

Reading what the others have said, aswell as watching the footage you did infact kill him 3 times (bare minimum for MRDM cases) aswell as having priors.

While i also think the ban sits fine as it is, seeing you actually try to appeal it i wouldn't mind seeing a ban reduction insted. But remember to learn from this as you are on some thin ice!

I have seen the vod and you were just targeting him because he was streaming some coinflips, which would NOT be a good reason to kill him. You did MRDM him since you killed him 3 times in a row with no RP reason and considering your priors you should definitely know better.

Given how everyone's seen the vod and how the logs show you did in fact RDM him 3 times. It is considered Mass and the ban is justified. DENIED.
