ban appeal

You just got unbanned from a literal community removal for toxicity and now I see you on the forums every other day for more rules being broken and ones being repeated. I also see you decided to call people slurs in their bases. You obviously are not capable of learning from your mistakes otherwise you wouldn't continue to repeat them over and over. The fact the staff team let you off with a 3 day ban instead of a 7 day is mind boggling to me. If I was still in the upper ranking staff youd be Re-community removed as of this point.

ive been back for over a month and this is my first ban. stop treating me like one of those users who join just to mass rdm and ltap

and i wanna add i havent been ether warned or banned for player toxicity. which is what i was removed for in the first place

Considering you were warned for MNLR already a ban for 3 days is pretty lenient; the max amount of time you can be banned for MNLR is 1 week. Also, punishments range from verbal>warn>Ban

so basically, Kert cannot hand you another warn for MNLR since you should've learned from your past mistake, I hope this makes sense.

Also remember you were given a chance to return just play nice with people and stop being rude and saying dumb stuff man. Try and keep your cool and just accept this ban since it is completely and actually pretty lenient.

again. been here over a month and ive never gotten in trouble for toxicity. im sorry you couldnt be judge jury and executioner in deciding if i can return or not. again your treating me like im some sort of mass ddosser or something. when atmost i was a toxic person with anger issues taking his anger out on people in the server since i didnt have anywhere else to vent out my anger.

ive been doing good dude. this is my first ban after over a month and its for nlr, its not like ive been banned multiple times since my unban, again there are users who join to mass rdm and join on alts and mass rdm, im not one of those people

I didn't know this guy's history, this is what Blue said on his "I would like my warn reduced to a verbal" thread:


"Bud im gonna need you to realize that you can end up being removed for any kind of toxic behavior if its bad enough. You were let back to be given a chance, and that means you are on thin ice, pretty much for the rest of your time here. If you can't play nice with staff and accept things like staff discretion, or what they tell you - you will probably just end up getting slammed again. We can do it at pretty much any time as you're repeating the same behavior that got you perma'd to begin with. Don't ruin a good thing here, just learn to either 1. accept what you are told - or 2. at least just keep your bad thoughts to yourself.

Last night he got killed in my base for calling someone a f****t and being toxic and MassNLR'd.

 

Today's list:

MassNLR (multiple times over a couple hours)
Telling cops to go into my base so that "I could kill them and he could then warrant me for killing cops" (he had just been killed in my base)

Broke NLR specifically to tell me that he was running for Mayor so that he could "make all bases have to have building permits and send swarms of cops to your base over and over" (he didn't win the election) (he did admit to this in the sit, but said it was allowed because that's not a fail law?)

After breaking MassNLR for the third or fourth time this evening, he posted this in chat:  https://ibb.co/p6K0WyG1

this guy has some issues that do not seem to be solved.
