Mistakenly banned for alting

We can see your steam account, but that doesn't change the fact that the alt checker has flagged you with several other accounts.

Okay disregarding the alt checker, If I was on the server while you banned the person more than once if I'm not mistaken because I remember someone getting banned then you guys adjusting the bans on every other account in chat. How in hell was able to see this while playing on your server? If this system is such a surefire way to constitute a ban how come it didn't automatically mark me as an alt account from the jump? Is there not a way to pull back logs and check this? I've been on this server perfectly fine until yesterday. As I said before I put 50 hours just this week on the server why all of a sudden boom random ban. Logically it doesn't make sense no matter how "clear" the alt checker may be, I don't go afk on this account I stay active the entire time.

Hello if you have no proof of this being a mistake as far as maybe someone else logged in with a banned account on your pc there isn’t much we can do I’ll be giving u a few hours to see what u can do

honestly coming from a guy who got banned on this server hella times, this is literally impossible to happen unless you joined on a perma banned account before
