Joey Kicked me for having a skybase as "the builder" as seen in the video.
Quoted a rule I can't find, can be heard in the clip.
He then Gigamutes me for reporting the false kick and is toxic the whole time he did it.

Joey didn't take a sit, nor did he pull me to a sit.
He was there because "ego is monke/egho" didn't like my base in the street which followed all rules.
He openly had a camera in the street where normal players outside of "the builder" can't build in the street.

I specifically pasted my dupe well above any doorways as you can see in the video.

My base was compliant:
 

• You must place a sign indicating it as a “Public Base”. The sign must be clearly visible and near the entrance.
• Public bases should try to avoid interference with PvP mechanics (one-ways for combat purposes/nocollided walls to hide behind/forcing people to crouch in a zigzag to counter revolts/bounties/hits etc is not allowed). 
• You may place a ‘building’ sign outside which prevents you from being raided. Do not spawn, drop, or use illegal or raidable entities (including lootboxes) with a building sign up, otherwise the sign is null and void and you can be raided.
• Building’ signs must be clearly visible at all times and near the main entrance to your base. Use font size 30 or larger.
• The Builder can only public base and his base must be a skybase or a base on the street, not in a building. This job should be used for things such as gambling stands and fun/interactive public bases, using it to actually base is FailRP. Common sense applies with where you can build.

Public bases in Distrct 1 MUST server a purpose.

As mentioned by Sanzu, Gameplay Tip no.3 for The Builder states you may not disturb other players and their builds. Gameplay Tips are more-or-less rules. 

 

Ego Is was already there and had setup a base in the Hotel, you proceeded to place your construct right in front of their house and blocked the camera they had placed and then made a sit request saying that they were somehow breaking the rules, which they were not.

 

So, I made a request... A fairly simple one. Please move the base somewhere else. You refused to do so. 

 

As for the comment that this was somehow not a sit, that's now how that works. When the issue is taking place in RPLand and it's an issue relating to base design or otherwise, we kinda have to deal with the situation there at the base as the offending issue needs to be pointed out in order to be dealt with.

I was never asked to move my base once, nor does he have the ability to build in a street when not "The Builder"  (yes, that means cameras as well.) 
He was also minge-ing after I had a sit where he was in fact warned for his behavior. This was retaliatory to egho being reprimanded for RDM.

Here is proof that his actions are retaliatory and that Joey was favoring his friend over the rules.

You provided the video that showed Joey telling you that your buildings must not disturb players, and to please move it at 26 seconds into the video.

This was not retaliatory.

Yes, cameras cannot be in the street, however, you did break building rules as well.
And Ego is monke's camera was not reported, thus we dont act on things that aren't reported unless it's a serious issue.

And you just confirmed the camera didn't belong there, nor was I clipping his doors or his base.

I would like to add that the player ego they are referring to is ingame egho who stole my name for over 2hours prior to this.

Also his camera was legit two meters off the ground and a few feet outward pointing towards the sidewalk infront of hotel... How exactly is that against the rules?
