I am reporting Toucan Reasons why you are reporting: I banned Morins for Intentional RDM. I warned Morins for FailRP because he did terror on a rooftop. Then after that, Morins came up to me and straight RDMed me so I jailed him and asked why he did that he kept saying "why are you so mad" and then I banned him for Intentional RDM. Im not reporting Morins, im reporting Toucan because he unbanned him. Dont quote me on this but i think he did it because they are friends. Im not sure actually why he unbanned him. This is abuse due to him unbanning morins after a reasonable ban. I think Toucan should be demoted/reminded a lot so he can learn the rules. Him Toucan were both doing terror up there with morins im pretty sure. I dont think its ok that staff think they can unban who they want when they want. If I had done this I would have a report on me as well. So therefore I dont think it would be at all ok if someone else SHOULD get away with this. I support this report and Toucan should either be demoted or have his powers somehow restricted or just keep him in check. Keep in mind I saw Toucan unban Morins soon after his ban. Not only this but like KennyS said Morins straight up rdmed and this, like I said before, is true no matter what. So I hope something can be done about this staff member as well as other mods that do similiar stuff. Morins was an old superadmin but of course, if he is going to play, he should abide by the rules since he is a regular player like me and you. These are the rules for the terrorist: To terror attack there must be at least 3 other cops online and a Mayor. You must advert "Terrorist attack on the city" 2 times. After you do that, you can kill only Cops for 5 minutes. If you're still alive after that time, you can kill civilians. You cannot be in or on a building while doing a terrorist attack. �Bob� Posted June 30, 2016 Share Posted June 30, 2016 i can personally testify that this is true. i watched this happen with my own eyes. once before, morins rdmd me, i asked him why he did this and he ran from the sit, three times. i jailed the user and toucan tpd to me, threw me away from my own sit and unjailed morins. he needs to be stopped. I wanna see what Toucan says, I am really curious. Holding my decision until then. Morins was an old superadmin but of course, if he is going to play, he should abide by the rules since he is a regular player like me and you. morins has broken rules with me before, and toucan and other mods tell me to stop because " he was a head admin." when hes going around breaking rules and hes always got toucan to bail him out.
