Splinter false votebanned me two times, the second of which was not cancelled by staff and I was banned. The mayor made a law that said preaching is AOS and I saw Splinter was on a stage talking to people about Christianity and how it "does not control your life" etc. I became a cop, warranted Splinter for breaking law 4, and promptly arrested him. There was another cop also trying to arrest him before I was able to get there. He got upset and tried to voteban me once, it was cancelled, and then he tried again. I made a sit for false voteban x2 but I got banned before it was able to be taken. I do not believe I RDA'ed him because he was actively breaking a law made by the mayor. If I did theoretically RDA him, he should have made a sit since there were staff on. I have a multiple minute long clip of the entire interaction including both false votebans. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I believe I was falsely vote banned because the guy was upset and he did not bother to make a sit or wait for the admins to take his sit. I was simply enforcing the laws of the mayor. Normally I wouldn't care about a votekick/ban but since I have a lengthy record I do not want any more bans on top of that (especially since this one was NOT valid). I ask that this ban is removed from my record and that Splinter recieves a warn or is restricted from calling votes. My clip is 5:38 long so I don't know where to upload it. Who warned/banned you? I was actually in the process of ending the vote against you, but Splinter kept spamming the vote ban button—it popped up more than once in a short time. I saw the first one get denied, but the second went through really quickly before I could cancel it again. Unfortunately, I couldn't grab your sit in time because I had multiple other tickets coming in, and things were getting pretty backed up. From what I saw, you were enforcing an active law at the time (even if it was somewhat questionable), so I don't think it was an obvious case of RDA. Honestly, it looked more like a disagreement over RP and law interpretation than something that should've gone straight to a voteban, especially when staff were on and sits could've been made instead. If you've got that clip, I recommend uploading it somewhere like YouTube (unlisted) or Streamable and linking it here—it'll help clarify things. You were vote-banned unfairly, and the situation could've been handled better without jumping to votes. I just wanted to share what I saw. I hope it helps.
