Got Raided and went back to sight to wait for him to get done destroying our stuff but he was leaving seen me and decided to kill me saying fail RP when i did nothing but wait and try telling him i was waiting but he killed me anyways. He was being a jerk. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because i didn't fail RP he just took forever to raid when we had nothing. He just wanted to destory all of our base all props to protect ourself and our equipment. A user had made a report of you coming back to the same position whilst he was raiding in which I was going to bring you, until I discovered that you disconnected before I was able to bring you. I carefully examined the logs of said incidents to determine whether you did break the rules, and after double checking that what I saw on logs were indeed correct, I proceeded to give you a 3 day ban as you did Mass NLR. As you weren't online, I believed that a 3 day ban was the fitting punishment as I couldn't hear your side of the story and you had no prior offenses. So Appolagize if i did come back but my intention was to wait but he just kept saying FailRP and killing me and instead he could have talked to me and not been toxic. I have kept my cool through this but if im going to be banned for this reason just keep me banned for something this small. His intention was to destroy all Props for defence and our tents which wasn't to steal our shit but just to destroy our shit not even for fun he was just being an ass. If you would like to promote his behavior do so and i will keep myself and freinds out of this server. You can see a description of that rule in Harpuricle's response by hovering over it. I'm sure Harpuricle explained the reasoning behind your ban before issuing punishment. This seems like a justified ban as the other player's actions aligned with the server's rules. Therefore, after your 3-day punishment, we would love to have you come back to the server. When you leave directly after something like that it usually defaults to a 1-3d ban. Personally I rarely ban for mass nlr unless there was a loss to the raid, like coming back and destroying your ents, as well as being rude in the sit. Also prior MNLR punishments will lead to a ban. Youve only got a RDMx2 warn aside from this ban so I think as long as you make sure to read the rules when you play (either here on the forums or !rules ingame) you've had enough of a punishment. This is up to the banning staff member, but I would encourage taking into account that you are a brand spanking new player with no priors for NLR. People make mistakes, especially new players. +1 for an unban. This is not a discredit to the staff member who banned, this is what happens with leaving after something like this. If i killed the raider or deemed to get in his way after i died this would me nlr but i didn't instead a bounty hunter killed him and im assuming he got butthurt and reported deeming my punishment. Staff needs to look into things more Especially a Trial Mod. A first offense shouldn't be a ban in my opinion but then again im not staff but banning players rather than talking to them seems irrisponsible to me. Could have Dmed me or further more post a warning for loggin ext. There were plenty other ways to deal with this than max punishment of 1-3 days ban instead going for 3 full day is rediculous towards a player who just joined that day. If you understand my frustation i'm just getting back into gmod since 2013 started yesterday. Now im wasting my time appealing on forms That Is My Frustrasion over me logging off after losing everything we built up opon. NOT only that but just simply waiting for him to get done to make repairs is a crime I call BS.
