Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because it was not our intention to lag the server and we said this in the sit. All the 3 people involved were just trying to joke around with a friend and we kept saying this in the chat. They could check the server logs see when the pickup box is used and when we start to spawn entities to hide the entities. I think intention matters over the result and I kept saying in the sit that we could remove all the entities (I did not expect this to cause lag and we said this in the sit of course this looks bad in retrospect but this was not our intention). Also I think the sit was mishandled as we said it was not our intention then Wilkins/Sharky was not listening to us and just saying uhhh but you spawned all the entities not realizing what we were saying this was a joke and if it caused lag we can remove it all. I also said to Wilkins why dont I just remove all the entities and we can resolve the situation in game without all this forums stuff. Given other screenshots I have seen, the frozen ents, no previous offense for this, and from what it seems, no malicious intent, and these players are not new. They would know how to crash the server if they wanted to. Frozen ents don't crash the server. I think banning them over this is extreme and the frozen props won't cause any serious lag anyway. One being that it was not intentional whatsoever AND Agro has no prior history to any offense related to "crashing the server", only Ember has history, but even that is from 4 years ago, and hasn't done any similar offense since. The other thing is that both who got banned are not new players at all and would definitely know how to crash the server as Money stated, and both have stated that there was no intent to crash nor slightly lag the server. +1 for the ban to be removed and replaced with a verbal warn Edited October 2 by Harpuricle Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
